Great place, great host. Welcomed with cava, had dinner outside in the garden. Location is great, instructions were clear, beautiful area.

John and Valerie were very frindly and helpful. We were able to check in early when we arrived and were able to lock our bicycles up securely in their enclosed garden before setting of on a local walk. The accomodation was just as shown in the photos and very confortable with an old world feel about it. The converstion from a chapel to a three bedrooom, two bathroom home is charming and practical. There are two excellent local pubs, The Bell Inn next door and the Boat Inn on the other side of a foot bridge over the river Wye.

Perfect place for me. Everything I needed and I had a great night's sleep.

Lovely peaceful location. Fiona was very responsive and helpful, and happy to accommodate any requests. Great sized rooms with a scenic view. If you are looking for a quiet location to relax, then this is a great option.

Gina is a great host. We booked the caravan for a month for our daughter and Gina was always there for her. The caravan gets a bit cold this time of year (December), but Gina provided a heater and an electric blanket. Proper cooking was not possible (our daughter didn’t mind at all), but the property is right next to Pittville Park and within walking distance of the town center with all its restaurants.

Beth was a great host!! We bought nice eggs from her. The location was very peaceful with birds singing and view towards the sheep and lambs. We would be glad to return to this lovely area. Thank you for everything Beth!!

Sarah and Ian are great hosts, clearly wanting everyone to enjoy their stay. the attention to detail in the property to make the stay comfortable and relaxing is amazing. The Annexe had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. The location was peaceful and the beautiful garden is a great space to sit in. We were travelling to Cheltenham racecourse each day which only took a ten minute drive. We are very much looking forward to going back again next year.

probably best airbnb we have stayed at. hosts were so accommodating, we felt as if nothing was too much to ask for. all eventualities prepared for and the place is immaculate. I would live in in all year round and be content! Great for dog lovers. this one should not be missed.

If you’re looking for a cotswolds stay, the stay at The Bothy is exactly what you need! Beautiful little retreat in quiet surroundings! exactly how it looks in the photos, and plenty of things to do around! The stay was perfect and exactly what we were after to enjoy and celebrate our engagement 🎉 Will 100% be back for a longer stay next time!

A wonderful stay in a perfect location. The annex was so tidy and perfectly decorated. Everything we needed was available and Jane was very accommodating. Highly recommended.

A fantastic Airbnb with its own entrance and a spacious bedroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and Dale was a wonderful host. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day. It was just a short walk into town and it was a great base to explore the Cotswold villages. Thanks Dale and Mac.

A fantastic stay, we had a couple of nights here, central location to visit the surrounding villages, diddly squat and farmers dog pub. The place was immaculate and Lucy was very helpful with restaurants nearby etc Even sorted us out a cot, toys and high chair which meant we could travel lightly and not stress about forgetting anything Recommended it straight away to friends and when we return to the Cotswolds we will definitely be booking here again! Excellent stay in an immaculate annexe to an historic house next to the River Thames in Oxfordshire, not far from Kelmscott. Very peaceful and quiet and Letitia was very helpful and responsive. All equipment for self catering was provided including generous breakfast goods. Highly recommended.

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

We enjoyed our stay. It was private and the surroudings beautiful. Matt was friendly and helpful. It was the perfect retreat whilst we visited family in the area.

Heidi is a friendly and helpful host with good tips for the area and even gets you started with some cereal. It's a good 20 min walk into Stroud from here, partly through parks which makes it enjoyable. I also explored the Cotswolds from here, with a max. 1 hr drive to all the picturesque places to visit (North and South) which was perfect to me. Added bonus for me was that I cuddle the doggos! 🐶🐶

The Little Acorn was great! Michelle was super friendly and helpful when we arrived. It was clean, appliances were easy to use, and it was so cute! It was in a beautiful setting as well! We would definitely stay here again! Helpful tip…the gate for the garden leading to the cottage is right on the main road. There is a small pull off spot to unload luggage right in front of the gate, then you can park your car a little ways up the hill.

I stayed here for a wedding at Eastington Park and it was perfect for it. I could easily walk to the venue in 10 minutes and the apartment had everything I needed for the stay and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lisa was a great host, and let me know all the information I needed to check in etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation attending a wedding nearby!

Ideally located close to the centre of Painswick, with pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. Great value comfortable accommodation.
