The Cottage on College Street

The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.

The chickens that provided your eggs are close by so feel free to tell them thank you. Also, right outside your door within walking distance is a pond for fishing. This facility does not allow parties. The price quote is for four (4) people. If you book for four (4) guests, only that number will be expected to be on the premises. Any additional guests will be charged $30.00 per person. One pet allowed with a maximum weight of 25 lbs. Staying a while - a coin launder is available for your convenience. This jewel is just the right place for an overnight sleepover passing through the area or a long-term stay while on business.
