The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome low-maintenance pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the hot tub and sauna at our place - these are options for an additional fee. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Welcome to the House at the End of the World in the village of Ostrowite with Sauna and Russian Bath with hydromassage (8-person sauna and bath) surrounded by beautiful scenery of fields, forests, and lakes. The house consists of 2 independent apartments, each equipped with a kitchen, living room and bathroom with a bedroom. The house is located on a 1200 m2 plot, where there is a gazebo, a place for a bonfire, a playground, and a trampoline. Sauna and banya use without limit. Wood is included in the price of the stay.
