Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gmina Serock

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful place, 3.3 km from the border with Warsaw. 7 minutes from the house there is a beautiful park for walking and relaxing with playgrounds. A large yard with the opportunity to park a car, jump on a trampoline, sit at a large table after cooking a delicious barbecue or light a fire and sit on the stumps around it. Miroslav greeted us warmly and showed us everything we were interested in. The house is 120 years old and renovated in an antique style. At the same time, you feel comfortable in it and there is a warm atmosphere. The hostess left a delicious pie baked by her on the table, there was also mineral water. It was cool outside this week, but the heating was working in the house and it was comfortable. I recommend this house for a family vacation and we will definitely come back there again. Thank you to the hosts.

The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear which made the whole process effortless. The place was exactly as described clean comfortable and well equipped. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Dom wynajeliśmy na rodzinne spotkanie w wiekszym gronie (ponad 20 os.), które od strony kulinarnej obsługiwła firma cateringowa. Dom bardzo spodobał się zarówno nam i naszym gościom , którzy nocowali w nim 1-2 noce. Dom jest brdzo funkcjonalny i można poczuć się w nim jak we własnym domu, a jego położenie zapewnia dużą prywatność i oddech od szumu miasta. Duża działka pełna zieleni, pięknych drzew i kwiatów zachęca do korzystania z odpoczynku na świeżym powietrzu, a jest też miejsce by zagrać w piłkę, czy zjeść śniadanie na dworze korzytsając również z grilla dostępnego na tarasie. Wszyscy zgodnie stwierdziliśmy że chętnie zostalibyśmy dłużej i już myślimy o tym kiedy znów tu zajrzymy. Kontakt z gospodarzami serdeczny i bezpoblemowy. Serdecznie polecam TEN DOM! :-)

Zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt na przygotowania przedślubne. Bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni i otwarci. Polecamy goraco każdemu, kto ceni sobie spokój i bliskość natury.

Der Vermieter war sehr flexibel, was die Check-In Zeit angeht und hat uns den Start in das Wochenende so sehr vereinfacht. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Wir konnten uns am Indoor- und Outdoorpool nicht satt sehen. Die Sauna wurde auch ausgiebig genutzt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist top, wir haben gar nichts vermisst. Und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hat sich durch das ganze Wochenende gezogen. Er war sehr gut erreichbar, wenn ich mal wieder eine Frage hatte und immer hilfsbereit. Ich danke vielmals und hoffe, dass wir nochmal eine Gelegenheit haben hier Gäste zu sein.

House in a woods, the place is very quiet and private. Has everything for a picnic, good for a big company. The host is very friendly and nice. Recommend!

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Appartment mit exzellenter und sehr moderner Ausstattung, sehr sauber, ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Man ist mit Bus und Bahn oder auch zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Warschau. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist ebenfalls sehr positiv.

Karolina and Lukasz are fantastic amd very kind hosts. So quick with response and follow up on any request I had. I'm looking forward to returning to their apartment!

חיפשנו מקום נגיש ונוח. הדירה מקסימה, הנוף נהדר. המיקום נוח ולמטה יש מגוון חנויות ומסעדות שהיו נוחים ממש (סושי, מסעדה איטלקית, מאפיה). הדירה רחוקה קצת מהמרכז, אבל לנו זה מאוד התאים והנסיעות במונית מאוד זולות ונוחות.

Clear instructions for checking in. The flat is nice and cosy, with plenty a nice touch of several plants inside. Kitchen was well equipped, not just in terms of utensils, but also the basic cooking materials (oils, condiments, etc). Living room and bedroom were both comfortable and cosy. The balcony is a bit busy outside, but still nice to enjoy some time outside. Toilet was will provisioned and shower worked fine. The laundry machine only washed and doesn’t dry, so I couldn’t really make use of it during my one-day stay.

Wszystko było jak na zdjęciach i w opisie. Mieszkanko było czyste i bez zastrzeżeń a gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy i elastyczny jeśli chodzi o możliwość wcześniejszego udostępnienia lokalu. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

A good place to stay if you want to be in a city centre. Lots of places to go out eat and drink. However, close to a main street so during the day and night one can hear cars passing by.

Our stay was extremely pleasant for the short time we were in the city. The proximity to both the airport and center city was more than ideal with tram stops right outside. Nights were rough with city noise and the beds were on the harder side. Communication was super easy and response time was great. Lots of recommendations during check in to make us feel comfortable in new surroundings. There is no elevator in the building and there are 4 sets of stairs spanning 2 floors to reach the apartment. Overall, no regrets on the stay and will definitely return to the city!

I’m a Chinese student at Kozminski University, and this apartment has been incredibly convenient for me.. It takes only 20–25 minutes to get to campus by tram, and the location is excellent. We lived here for almost 5 months. There are several supermarkets nearby, four gyms within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and respectful. As an international student, I felt very welcome here — I never experienced any form of discrimination. If you’re a student or young people, I highly recommend staying here. The photos don’t fully capture the charm of the apartment — there’s a lovely little park just downstairs that’s perfect for walks, and right next to it is one of the best ice cream shops in Warsaw!

To all positive guest reviews, I want to add: I stayed here in the autumn period for over a month and found it a comfortable and safe place for a long stay. Clean apartment with good quality appliances that worked well. Perfect Wi-Fi connection. Elzbieta as a great host supported me during the whole period and helped even in the case of my problem at the end of my stay. I do recommend this apartment! We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families.
