Year-round house equipped with all necessary amenities (bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, fireplace) on the ground floor and one sleeping area upstairs with space for 4 people. The house is located in a summerhouse on a large plot, the neighborhood is not a hassle. Hosts have prepared wood for the fireplace, hammocks, sun loungers, and two city bikes. In the area you can go for a beautiful walk to the meadows, and there are several bike tours. Shops are available in Różana. Good contact with Elżbieta, who puts a lot of effort into preparing the house so that guests are happy with their stay. I recommend this place especially for a quiet and lazy few days without chasing experiences.

We truly enjoyed this home for our stay. Things to prepare for: It was hot when we came, so sometimes it was a little hard to sleep without air conditioning, but we expected it, so this was not a problem. Also there are "wild" cats that hang around the house. We love cats so this was a plus for us. The taste of the water from the tap isn't for everyone, so I'd suggest bringing bottled water since it's about a 20 minute drive to the grocery store. Things that we just loved: The porches, balconies, and outdoor kitchen/dining area were so great for hanging out, eating, reading, and playing games. We enjoyed the porch swing and the other swings, we cooked on the grill, we made a fire in the firepit, and the kids ran around the property checking out snails, bugs, flowers, and rocks. We also kayaked nearby, and Emilia helped us make that connection. It was a great trip!

Wonderful place! Beautiful, well-equipped cottage where you can take a break from the daily rush. The neighborhood is green, quiet, by car you can drive to the nearby beach. Mr. Łukasz recommended a great Host Pazibrod, where there was delicious food. Perfect communication with the host, no problem. Highly recommend!

It's the perfect place to really get away from it all. The cottage itself, although small from the outside, surprises with the spaciousness and thoughtful use of every subway. There's nothing missing-it's fine-tuned in the smallest detail. The neighborhood impresses with the peace and beauty of nature – you can hear the singing of birds throughout the day, creating a soothing atmosphere. I haven't slept as well as here – I usually wake up in a new place very early, and here I slept peacefully like a child. This place really has something magical about it.

Surrounded by peaceful meadows and forests, it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend or a trip with friends. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend this atmospheric retreat, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

The place is beautiful and very atmospheric. Photos don't reflect that. We spent New Year's Eve there. The cottage was warm and cozy. A very nice host. All super ready for our arrival.

My friends and I came for two nights and it was a perfect place for us, peace, quiet, very nice Garden. There is a gas grill and a nice patio. The cottage inside is very nice, the master bedroom has a screen with a projector that adds an amazing atmosphere. From the heating in the house there is only a fireplace, which made us feel like in a real cottage in the woods (that's what we wanted), we really enjoyed keeping the temperature in the house adding a briquette. Vova met us, who told everything very accurately and was very helpful. He was always there for us and helped with everything, for which we thank him separately! I highly recommend!
