It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. Our house is located on the edge of the woods, near Lake Jagodne. It's a modern part of an old farm stay. Built in 1927 from Prussian brick, it still retains its original character and rustic simplicity. Restored and traditionally completed, it's the perfect getaway for people looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is separated into two separate farms and is offered approximately 120 square meters.

The villa is located on Lake Kisajno (on the Great Masurian Lakes route) in a quiet part of Giżycko, which is known as the sailing capital of the Masuria region.
