Apartment is located in the palissades, an oasis just above the harbor and a stone's throw from the ring wall. Nearby you will find shops, cafés and restaurants. 74 sqm open plan. The kitchen consists of kitchen island, dishwasher and dining table with space for six people. There is a bedroom with a 180 bed and good storage. Bathroom with washer and dryer. If desired, there are 2 beds in the living room. Patio facing the park and access to grill. There is also access to private parking just outside as well.

Gotland Tofta Södra Vid Tofta strandbad, två mil från Visby, finns denna fräscha stuga om 40 kvm med sovloft (ståhöjd). Här finns vacker natur och en kilometer-lång strand, dessutom ett stort utbud av restauranger, caféer, bageri, närbutik, mm. Allrum med kök och sittplatser. Skjutdörr till uteplats med matplats och kolgrill. Nu finns trädäck med uteplats. Bra utrustat kök med diskbänk, spis/ugn, micro, kyl med frysfack. TV-rum med bäddsoffa, två bäddar 80x190. Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Our wonderful small house in the best location at Gotland! We are a family letting our house, in Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m picturesque Gnisvärd fishing village. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, 30 sqm. Wifi, TV with Chromecast. Forest next to the house. Large garden, 2500 sqm., where we are renting out a bigger house (mainhouse) and guest house as well. A small garden belonging to this house and a separating fence to the main house.

Lovely, beachfront summerhouse in wonderful Tofta

With 5 minutes walk to the sea or 5 minutes drive to Sweden's best golf course, this beautiful villa from 2016 is a perfect accommodation for the family who wants sun and swimming and the golf group who wants to play at Visby Golf Club. Large outdoor area, 5 beds and access to extra mattress. Sauna is included and pets are welcome and can run loose in the large fenced garden. Note: Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning are not included.

Nice living in Tofta/Gnisvärd, Gotland

Our cozy and well-equipped guest house is located 18 km south of Visby next to the forest with about 1.5 km to Gnisvärd's beautiful beach and fishing village. Welcome to a cozy home, sleeping alcove, living room, large bathroom with sauna, shower. Lush garden, close to swimming, golf course, restaurant and nature. Good bus connections to Visby. Pleasant, bright, and newly built apartment occupying the entire top floor of a house that shares space with a workshop on the ground floor. The house is located at the end of a quiet street, yet close to the wonderful Tofta Beach.

Scenic with 900m to Tofta Strand

We were 2 adults and a child of almost 3 years old in Ann and Tomas' house for 14 days and it was perfect. We had everything we needed in the house, easy check-in and the hosts and their family were so hospitable. The house is very idyllic and they even cook super delicious food in the restaurant. Great place if you are staying on Gotland and we would love to come again. Would definitely recommend the place to everyone we know.

The host was extremely helpful at check-in, described and showed local places around as well as was very communicative when we needed it. Attefallhuset was very new and hence also fresh. We sat a lot on the patio that was in the sun during the day. Thank you!

We were very pleased with this peaceful house in the woods!! It was very relaxing and the house is so well designed and furnished. We were delighted to be able to pick tomatoes and cucumbers from the greenhouse during our stay!
