Café about 150 meters and about 500 meters to the padel. Proximity to Tofta beachclub and Kronholmen golf. During high season change day Sundays. Large paved patio with table for eight people, gas grill and sea view. Gnisvärd 1.8 miles south of Visby, 500 meters to Gnisvärd's beach which is connected to Tofta beach. Restaurant Bromans at the fishing port and several restaurants in Tofta are in the area. Confectionery, paddle courts, bowling alley and miniature golf. For golfers, Visby GK-Kronholmens golf is 7 km from here. The house has 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed that can be reached via a staircase on the gable. In the house there is a toilet, shower and a kitchen connected to the living room. Lovely patio with sun.

All this just 20 minutes from Visby. The house comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large glass door that connects the living room to the lovely patio.

The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

Bed linen and towels are also included in the cleaning. Only 5 minutes' walk to the sandy beach and beautiful fishing location. 10 minutes' drive to one of Sweden's best golf courses. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets.
