Beach house holiday rentals in Goa

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Oh man, where do I even start? This home in Canacona is an absolute dream. Imagine waking up in a beautiful, cozy, and super aesthetic space, walking just 2 minutes and—bam!—you’re at the beach. Not just any beach, a peaceful, soul-soothing, “why-did-I-ever-live-anywhere-else” kind of beach. The vibe of the house? Serene. Calm. So pretty it made my Insta feel underdressed. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Like, I was half-ready to “accidentally” misplace my return ticket. Bonus highlight: the three orange cats that became our unofficial roommates. They were sweet, sassy, and had that “we own this place but we like you” attitude. We called them the Ginger Gang. Total legends. Honestly, this stay was everything I didn’t know I needed. If you’re even thinking of booking—just do it. You won’t regret it. Just be warned: leaving might break your heart a little.

Located within a gated community full of lush greenery. The villa is perfectly appointed and well maintained , full of homely positive vibes. Khushboo is an awesome host and made sure our entire experience was hassle free and memorable. The river being just a few steps away from the house makes the locale feel magical. Beach, restaurants, shopping choices are all nearby adding to the convenience.

Wow! This is how i will describe this place We are afamily of 10 -kids elders young, absolute amazing place and is exactly or even better vs how its in pictures three big highlights staff is superb.....absolute superb.....on their toes since 8am to 2am in the night running all over the house cleaning, serving food doing chores and above all smiling saikat, bimlesh, suman amelia savita all superb! brilliant team ...saikat is a super hero! cook monty is a great chef ....we stayed for 12 days and his cullinary akills mesmerised us literally everyday (kids ate non spicy food and us full spice....spoilt with choices) second, house in itself is amazing....immaculately clean, pristine and state of the art paintings ( what a choice and selection by Mrs Sandhu), very airy,and swimming pool very neat and clean and in.perfect shape....garden is in a perfect shape lastly , location is apt....with shack and beach just outside and market in vicinity this place is heaven! super highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We stayed at Villa 11 & 12 for 3 nights in a group of 18 and had the best time. It was our first time in Goa and we couldn't have picked a better accommodation. We had every facility that we could have needed available. The quality of the accommodation is on par with 4-5* hotels. We also made the most of having a pool, the water was cool and perfectly clean. The location is perfect, less than 10 min walk from shops and restaurants and 15 mins to the beach. We didn't get catering but that option was available. The staff are at hand during the day for help with anything from making toast to doing laundry. There are quite a lot of people that work in the villas throughout the day doing housekeeping but they didn't interfere with us and it doesn't feel too invasive. One day the villa manager did bring some people in to show them aroune when we were chilling in the pool area which we would have appreciated being informed in advance. But otherwise it was a perfect stay and we would return!

we came with family of 12 . Praful was very responsive always helpful and professional in our 3 days stay, breakfast was amazing. we cooked for few meals as couple of our family members were ill due to outside food we had. One day maid helped in cooking dal and rice which was extremely helpful. overall very peaceful place to stay with family with very close to main road , restaurants. thanks again Praful and their staff for maintaining the property so well.

Good option near Candolim beach with premium rooms and aesthetic interior

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Goa! The place is peaceful, full of character, and beautifully reflects the quaint Portuguese heritage of the area. Every corner has a quirky touch that adds to its unique charm. Judith is an exceptional host - warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we booked, she ensured everything was seamless and made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to the caretaker, Suresh, who was a huge part of making our stay so enjoyable. Always helpful, kind, and attentive who even drove us around at times, which made exploring places in and around Calangute so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Goan experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, and made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely revisit in the future.

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

It was a very nice place as described in the listing. The apartment is very clean and tidy and exactly as described. There is a care taker named prahlad who is very helpful and a kind person, his service was exceptional and considers guests and their convenience very well. He also cleaned the room really well. Overall all of us had a homely feel and never felt as if we are staying at some hotel or anything. Only minimum needed communication was done by the hosts so that it never interrupted our trip or enjoyment. It was a great stay and will surely recommend it to others ❤️😍.

We had an amazing time at Nitin and Abhishek’s Villa. Right from the initial booking till the check-out, everything was communicated promptly and very well. The caretakers at the property were very polite and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The villa itself was very spacious and clean and looked even better than the photos! We loved the pool attached to the property, the amenities provided were also great as we were able to cook for ourselves too. The location is right in the centre of Calangute, everything was extremely accessible and places like Assagao and Anjuna were just 20 minutes away. Would recommend this Villa to both family and friends and will definitely be back.

We spent my wife’s birthday with a few of our friends here. It’s a great property to enjoy the calmer side of Goan forests. The house is quite spacious and well designed. Although equipped with modern comforts, it retains its old roots to give guests a perfect experience of living in an old authentic goan house. I’d definitely recommend Chaitanya and Amanda’s place to everyone!
