Holiday houses in Gobantes

Peaceful stay for a week. Beautiful elevated location with panoramic views. Rocabella restaurant at the bottom of the track was great if you dont feel like venturing out far, with a varied menu from light bites to main dishes with burgers, steaks and fish.. My advice would would be to grab some basic groceries from a supermarket prior to going up to the house i.e coffee, bread eggs , drinks etc. I travelled with my ederly mother and the accomodation was suitable for our needs as she is unable to manage steps. There is one twin room downstairs with a bathroom and walk in shower which is next to the kitchen , lounge and outside patio so easy access for her with limited mobility. its would not be suitable for a wheelchair however. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with doors opening onto a patio with table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee to relish the sun rise and sunsets, and also affording privacy if travelling with others in your group. I throughly enjoyed my stay. 😊

I say this confidently, I challenge anyone to find a better deal, and find a more accommodating host, because you won't! Timo and his property were absolutely amazing. The location is surreal, you overlook malaga and feel completely tucked away in your own corner of paradise. The villa is truly magnificent, your own private pool, deep and shallow end, a jacuzzi hot tub, 2 outdoor showers, 1 overlooking the view and ocean in the distance. Multiple sunbeds and loungers across the rooftop leave you spoilt for choice of where to soak in the sun. The interior feels premium and the bathroom and king bedroom feel very luxurious. Small additions like the IPad that Timo provides along with a portable Bluetooth speaker, beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine and more are all just extras to this amazing place. You are a 10 minute drive from some incredible restaurants, and are opposite sunview park which has a 1350metre zipline! I cant wait to return. Thabkyou Timo!

Communication was easy. Jose was prompt to meet us at the door upon arrival. He gave us restaurant recommendations too.

Danny and Karin have warmly welcomed us. Beautiful stay on a mountain. Everything is new and renovated. Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is a small swimming pool where you can cool off. The garden is a paradise combined with the beautiful view of the fields and mountains. Here you can unwind wonderfully. Nearby, you have the beautiful nature reserve El Torcal where you can take a beautiful walk. Keep in mind that if you drive somewhere, a large part of it is over mountain roads. So, lots of curves and up and down. You will also get something beautiful in return. We have enjoyed it. Definitely recommended!

An absolute dream – our time at the finca was simply unforgettable! We were allowed to spend a few days in this fantastic finca and can say with full conviction: If you are looking for accommodation at the highest level, this is the place to be. The finca is surrounded by beautiful nature, offers absolute tranquility and breathtaking views – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy. Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. Francisco, our host, was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. His recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area were worth gold – we discovered true culinary highlights that we probably wouldn't have found otherwise. Suited our requirements perfectly for a one night stay. Self checkin was simple. Lovely street and setting. A short walk to vibrant local resturaunts. Felt the accomidation was good value.

the thiny house from Eva nad Charles was absolut fantastic. one of the best airbnb-experience we ever made. the privacy and the quitness in the middle of the orangetrees is untopable. the street and the path is a little tricky to get there but if you drive via el chorro you will find yourselfe in the paradise - in eva's garden.

Macarena's old and lovingly restored oil mill is an absolute gem! Unfortunately, we only booked one night, I can only recommend staying longer because the place is not only harmoniously embedded in the surrounding Oliverhaine, but is also very suitable for day trips - for example to Ronda, to the sea or to the Caminito del rey. Macarena is a wonderful and warm host. She has preserved the mill from decay, restored it with a lot of attention to detail, creating a truly distinctive place whose history she wants to share with her guests to preserve it. You felt that the time stopped and immediately relaxed. The apartment is also very tastefully decorated and has a nice terrace. I could continue to rave endlessly now... Absolute recommendation!!
