You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame, and a glass-panelled Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Welcome to the apartment centrally located on the market square! In the half-timbered house, which was comfortably renovated in 2022, 55 square meters can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Numerous sights (castle, cathedral, museum, theater) and lakes (Pfaffenteich, Schweriner See) can be reached in 1 to 5 minutes by foot. Whether you prepare your favorite food with the full kitchen equipment or visit one of the many restaurants or cafes nearby: Experience an unforgettable stay in the heart of Schwerin.

The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Unser Domschloss bietet eine Premium-Ausstattung sowie eine riesige Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung und Blick auf den Schweriner Dom. Dank der Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe und schnell zu erreichen.

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.

Dream vacation rental at Pfaffenteich

This special property is located in a listed villa in the row at the Pfaffenteich directly in the center of Schwerin. Attractions, shopping and several lakes are close by and within walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished in June 2023 and offers 2 bedrooms and a stylishly furnished living room with lake view. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
