Perfect stay. Natasza is a wonderful and responsive host. The apartment is really well situated on the North Coast, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to Speightstown, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment itself is bright, modern and spacious. High ceilings and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms keep it cool. The decor is tasteful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. There’s a separate laundry room too with a washer and dryer. Two separate balconies provide plenty of outdoor space. There’s an outdoor hose to clean off sandy feet before you enter the property. There’s off street parking for 2 cars, shared with ground floor apartment. The property is set in a slightly elevated position which provides a lovely cooling breeze on the balcony. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return if available in the future.

Great place! I loved the townhouse, I would live there if I could. The layout was great and it was very comfortable. I especially loved hanging out on the roof at night to look at the stars. As far as the surrounding area the beach was very close and easy to get to. Restaurants, however, were a bit too far to walk to with a kid (about 20 mins). If it had been just me and my wife it wouldn't have been an issue though. I highly recommend downloading the taxi app local to Barbados, this was very easy to use.

Response is quick. Home is very clean. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches public transportation, banks, post office and local fruit stands. Very quiet and safe area. Hosts are friendly, welcoming, accommodating and available if you need anything. I was able to extend my stay (in the unit next door) and my check in/out request was accommodated. Beds, pillows and sheets are very comfortable and make a restful nights sleep. I’m glad I found this place and will be back as well as recommend to friends and family.

We had a fun but short stay in Speightstown, and wish we had stayed longer! Quiet, clean and walking distance from the beach, great food and drinks. Street parking was no issue. Would absolutely come back!

What a shocking Barbados experience, in the very best sense! Jan’s property is owned and operated by genuine hospitality professionals and it shows! My arrival was overseen with unexpected service and a welcome stock of many food basics to settle me in with relief and joy (including items that are nearly impossible to find on store shelves lately). Immaculate with cleaning services every few days. Maintenance is a top priority, evident in the functionality of appliances and plumbing fixtures, which can suffer in the tropics. The pool and patio area also perfectly maintained, functional and stocked. Jan’s “right hand,” Sandra, is godsent…. Warm, incredibly hard working, friendly, available and extraordinarily skilled. I understand why Jan has loyal return guests! I hope to be fortunate enough to join their ranks.

We have stayed in a number of places on the island, but Ashanti 6 is now our ‘go to place’. It is very peaceful and beautifully located. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very spoilt by the housekeeper who came in every 4 days to clean, change the bed linen and towels. The pool is an added bonus perfect to relax in and accessed directly from the apartment balcony. Jacqui, the property manager was amazing going above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful 3 weeks, that we are already booking our stay for 2026! Thank you ☺️

Home away from home. Very clean and spacious. Great for a relaxing vacation. Dominic was very responsive and made great recommendations. It’s always nice to have clean towels and sheets. Majorie, the housekeeper was extremely helpful and Ambrozine cooked us delicious meals. The beach is across the street, great location for an early morning swim and away from the hustle bustle of Bridgetown. I would definitely do this again. Great house! This truly felt like a home away from home—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right there. The compound was spacious and peaceful, and even though the apartment is close to the shared pool, we were never disturbed by noise. While the beach directly in front of the apartment wasn’t ideal, the location is perfect and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches and restaurants between Holetown and Speightstown if you have a rental car. We did run into a small issue with the entry code and figuring out how to lock the apartment, but Becky and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. Also, a helpful tip: if you’re getting cold water in the shower, make sure the water heater by the washer is switched on! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
