There is a big balcony north facing to catch the morning sun and relax on and a balcony off the bedroom where you can sit and sip your morning coffee. • The Living room is spacious and bright with a nice lounge area to watch our Samsung 55' Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. a Double size sofa bed in the common area can also accommodate 1~2 extra guests. • Complimentary linen and bath towels provided. Excellent Restaurants and pubs downstairs. Shopping mall and supermarket across the street. Plus the city railway downstairs. • The light rail(G-link) Cavill Ave station just downstairs. The G-link runs from Broadbeach through Surfers Paradise and Southport to the Gold Coast hospital and runs every 7 minutes. You may purchase tickets from each station or purchase a GO card from any 7-11 general store. • The traffic is very convenient. Most Airport shuttle bus and tourist can be picked up you here, you may also convince to take Uber or taxi here. • When you arrive, it's free parking during your stay. • Payment- You "Submit a booking" which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. Do not worry at all :) • Deposit- Airbnb does not charge the damage deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. • Wi-Fi is included at no charge. • Parking is included at no charge. Maximum vehicle height is 2.2 metres. Your apartment includes one complimentary car space in the Circle Mantra Residents Parking basement below your apartment. Understandably more than one car may visit with your booking. If pre-arranged we can help with further parking for you. • Exit-cleaning only. Extra daily-cleaning cost AU$100/each.
