David & Josh’s space was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. There was a blender listed in the amenities, and we had checked for it and there wasn’t one. So they went out of their way to order one for us that arrived the next day. Super accommodating and attentive.

Tropical Paradise!! This place is exactly what’s needed to kick back and relax. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely :) Paola welcomed us with fresh mangoes from her garden - by far the best we’ve ever eaten! The cottage itself is simply stunning; if we come back to Miami, we’ll definitely book here again.

Place is cute, comfy and clean, area is alright but still very close to everything. Andres and Sophia are great hosts, very accommodating and understanding. Will definitely recommend!!!

El lugar es precioso, somos una familia de 3 y dormimos muy bien. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, inclusive encontramos insumos como azúcar, café, galletas. El barrio es tranquilo, en fin 100% recomendado.

I enjoyed my stay at the Unique Guest House. It was a perfect spot for me to stay on a quick trip to the Miami area. While the unit is attached to an occupied house, I felt right at home and that I had my privacy. All of the amenities were appreciated and the unit was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and Ileana was a very welcoming host. I would stay here again when in the area!

This guesthouse was perfect for my trip to Fort Lauderdale, located equally between Amerant Bank Arena and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Guesthouse was well described and I felt at home. Bathroom was tight but manageable for my short stay. Walmart and a few other stores were conveniently located within walking distance so I could pick up a few necessities. Will stay here again if I’m in the area

Location, location, location; this place was around the corner from Walton drive which was such a relief and made it more of an enjoyable experience. This place was great and felt so comfortable. The pool was super nice, made me feel like I was at a high end resort. The outside areas were built in a manner that created some privacy amongst the other apartments. Cannot wait to return.

We loved the place and it is less than a half an hour from Biscayne National Park or the Everglades. The place was just like the pictures and we felt very much at home. Monica was a super host who was very responsive and gave a good recommendation on a place to eat. We would go back there in a heartbeat.
