We absolutely loved this cute, cozy little space. Sergio was amazing responding so quickly to requests. Parking was easy, check in was easier, the space was quiet after dark, and I LOVED all the wildlife. Stay here. You won't regret it!!

If you're wanting to explore Miami without the insane Miami price, look no further! This place is perfect! 6 minutes away from a shopping complex with restaurants and high end stores. A target and other places close by. South Beach is a quick 20 minute Uber. Brickell & Wynwood are also easily accessible by Uber within 5-15 min drive. The Bed - Super comfy. The Kitchen - Fully equipped & the fridge was great! The Bathroom - Exactly what you needed - A nice sink, toilet, and hot shower The TV has Netflix and other apps The air is nice and cool, keeping the place feeling amazing! Virginia is a wonderful host! Very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Das Coco Cabana war unser Rückzugsort für ganze 3 Wochen. Sehr gerne und mit Wehmut im Herzen denken wir zurück. Es war wundervoll, einfach abtauchen zu können - weg vom Trubel von daheim - und am Morgen aufzuwachen mit Blick auf Bananenstauden, Palmen, Blumen und den roten Sonnenschirm. Wir haben keine grossen Sprünge gemacht und mehrheitlich im Garten gechillt. Die kurze Gehdistanz in die Stadt ist genial. Coconut Grove hat eine grosse Auswahl excellenter Restaurants. Auch haben wir uns in diesem Viertel sehr sicher gefühlt und natürlich sooo gut aufgehoben bei den wunder-vollen Hosts: Darlings par excellence! Ein Teil meines Herzens ist bei ihnen zurückgeblieben.

I really enjoyed my stay in the cabana and looked forward to relaxing there after a day of sight seeing. The cabana is stylishly well set up, with its own mini kitchen and space to eat either outside or inside. There's even a hammock! The pool was lovely and beautifully set amongst palms in the garden - which is full of lovely lizards. You do need to step outside for the bathroom which is in a separate cabana, but it's mostly screened from the house and was not an issue. Jose was really welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood is lush and green, with peacocks roaming around. Tips for anyone without a car - it's a short taxi/uber to the amazing Fairchild Botanic Gardens and just a 20 minute walk to the Kampong. It's also just a 20 min walk to coconut grove cafes, restaurants and shops or 20 mins to a Trader Joe's in the other direction.

Phenomenal. A little oasis. Veronica is extremely helpful and communicative. The place was clean and thoughtfully curated - probably the homiest place I've lived in. Enjoyed my 6 weeks here immeasurably. The outside area and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to other areas were the highlights. Vero & Eric are very friendly and I always felt comfortable with them. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cute and very cozy place in a beautiful neighborhood. Unit looks as pictured. James was an excellent host! Very responsive. I truly appreciate his kindness with accommodating earlier check-in and later check-out times which was great for my flight schedule. I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again ☺️

We had a great time. Although the place is small, it has all you need, including washer and drier, large fridge, equipped kitchen, patio with a tub (see pictures) and a large grill, WIFI. The host was very responsive. Great location, less then 5 minute walk from the beach. We (two adults +two teenagers) stayed for two weeks and were comfortable in the space.

Es war ein gemütlicher Ort. Entsprach voll der Beschreibung und war schön ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir können es sehr empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen. Die Feuerstelle war ein schöner Platz zum verweilen.

It was just what I needed. Janessa responded with any request or question I had. Janessa checked in to see if I needed anything. It was a comfortable, quiet place. If I ever visit that area again, I would stay there.

Had a great experience at Lux Stay. Communication with the host Sergio was excellent from the start clear and quick responses. The place was spotless, very clean and well organized. Great location, close to everything and in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again without a doubt.

Alfredo’s place was fantastic and I would absolutely stay here again. Super cute, the space was very private, and it was so convenient to go either north or south in Miami.

We stayed here for one night prior to our cruise. Such a cute home! Very clean and comfortable. I had an issue getting into the house (my fault- I didn’t read the directions closely enough!) and as soon as I reached out to Cesar he called me to make sure I got in. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Prior to visit they communicated timely & effectively Location, Location, Location - It's nestled in one of greenest & lush areas of Miami - lovely AF! If you like to walk it's easy walking to Coconut Grove's Coco Walk and surrounding area has lots to see and do IMO - Vizcaya, Monty's, even a walk to Fresh Market for groceries - you just gotta wanna walk otherwise it's easy to drive or used ride share provider. Inside the place it was neat & tidy. The upstairs bed means you'd need to climb up a ladder - this can be challenging for some folks so please note that and their pictures & info do reflect it. I felt like I was going up a bunkbed/loft bed ladder - so it you don't like that or can't do it - you'd need to use the futon in the living room - we didn't use it do I can't say how good that bed is but bet it's OK! Only complaint was that there are peacocks and they are vocal so you will hear them - if light sleeper bring ear plugs. Overall we loved it!

Just the perfect place to stay, quite, comfortable, peaceful. I love staying here and plan on staying here again when I’m in town. My kids live 10 min away so it’s the perfect location for me. Ale was a great host. Responded quickly and friendly. Thank you

Had a wonderful time here, it’s close to everything, and a nice running path where I could take my dog every day. The host Terri was very responsive. Will definitely come back.

Jhonnathan is a fantastic host, he made sure my family felt right at home. Location was better than expected with many things to do near the house. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future travels.

Words cannot describe how welcomed I felt even before I arrived! Angel and Barry’s home was exactly what I needed. The garden and butterflies were extraordinary! The home has everything you needed! Centrally located and super easy to access the beach and more!! Highly recommend!

The property came as described. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Pier and restaurant area. The property was clean and provided all the necessary items. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Misty was a great host! The treehouse was a wonderful stay. You can hear the birds in the morning and wake up right in nature! It's a quiet neighborhood and not to far to drive to tourist attractions. Would recommend and visit again in the future if ever I'm back in Miami!
