The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—and then some. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made for a perfect night’s sleep every night. The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. They provided clear instructions for check-in. Location-wise, the home was ideal—close enough to everything I wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. Whether I was sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or winding down with a book in the cozy living room, I felt right at home. We had a great time at the house! Everything looked even better than the pictures. We had a small cleaning issue with the pool but aside from that, everything was perfect. Nick was a great host and very communicative. My family and I had a great time.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and the third time with Marc and Anne as hosts. They're great! The house is very complete, tidy, there are plenty of towels and the kitchen is a 10. I recommend opening the windows and letting the sun in. It's a super bright house. The patio is always our meeting place: between the pool and the barbecue. We had a problem with the dryer, and Marc was absolutely prompt, attentive and helpful. The weather didn't help, but we still had a FANTASTIC time. The house has bicycles, which we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, which is beautiful. Thanks for having us once again. We really take care of and feel at home in your home. Because that's how you make us feel, really well taken care of. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ❤️

Neil was a great host with a lovely house. He was very flexible with check in and allowed us to enter the house an hour before the usual arrival time. The house was beautiful and located 3 minutes away from 5th avenue and the beach. Would happily stay there again.

This was probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was a great stay! The only challenge was the 3rd bedroom now has bunk beds so sleeping for adults presented a challenge but we used an air mattress. But just so others know that room is best suited for children. Beautiful area and so peaceful and quiet!!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Having a pool was so great for the kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do like the zoo and children’s museum. It was also a short distance from Marco’s Island which allowed us to visit for a day. Hristo was very helpful. I couldn’t locate a few things in the house and he quickly responded. I also needed a couple of things and he had it sent to the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful home, great quiet area and spacious enough to fit 4 teenage soccer players. It's exactly how it's described and then some. I would definitely book again.

Wanted to spend the weekend in Naples for a family getaway and this was the perfect place. Well located, clean, has everything you need. Bedrooms are a great size. The outside is a great spot to hang out. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again next time I am in town. Highly recommended it!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property for the weekend. We got to make great memories by the pool and were less than 15 mins from Naples beach. Dara was available and responsive during our stay and we can’t wait to come back here next time we’re in Naples. If you’re thinking about booking, think no further!

My stay was excellent. The house is very well located and the price seemed totally reasonable. What really made the difference was the host's treatment: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the first moment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet experience and being well served.

The house was beautiful, unique, well laid out, and included plenty of amenities and extras. We enjoyed having access to the hot tub. We also appreciated that the house was set apart from the busy nearby cities, but still within reasonable distance of all the activities we wanted to do. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms as well as easy access to a washer and dryer. Overall, we were very happy with the stay!

Our recent stay at this modest yet wonderfully accommodating home was just what our family of six needed for our soccer tournament weekend. The home was warm & has an inviting atmosphere (no frills,very simple). The spaciousness & modesty of the home immediately put us at ease.Each of the rooms offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out.We appreciated having TVs in each room. One of the most significant advantages of this home was its kitchen. Having the ability to prepare our meals gave us a sense of comfort and convenience that you often miss when staying in a hotel. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring everything we needed for at-home meals, such as a blender, rice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and even an air fryer!Location-wise, this home is a gem! We originally chose it because it was within a 20-minute drive from the soccer fields, making it incredibly convenient for us to get to and from the matches. It served as the perfect base for our soccer weekend.

This beautiful home was perfect for our stay. It was so clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for six adults who enjoyed being together for four days, but also had their own space!! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and accommodating with anything that we needed. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!!

We had a fantastic time at Chris's property in Naples. The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and grilling. We travel to Naples twice per year and this is our favorite airbnb that we have rented. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Chris for being an excellent host!

This place was the best airbnb I stayed in yet! The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean(I have OCD so this was great)! The host was very friendly and helpful! I drove 17 hours and 30 minutes to florida from Indiana and we made it in way earlier than check in and Edward was super nice and let us go ahead and get into the house early! We were so exhausted from the drive and he understood and told us we can go ahead and enter and rest! That was super nice! We have recommended his airbnb to a lot of our family and friends! If you are looking for a place in Naples that is very clean and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet this airbnb is the best CHOICE!

Excellent stay. The whole family liked the accommodation. Everything is very nice. The courtyard and the pool are fabulous for spending a few quiet days.

Had cozy stay at liliyas. I enjoyed the utensils provided. Most items were new and clean. Really enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen and most items we needed were provided. Beds and rooms were cozy, each with their own AC unit as described. everything was clean overall. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed help getting Hulu onto TV. Would stay again.
