This friendly beach cottage is located West of 41, in Naples Park. Excellent location walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, beautiful Mercato with it's fine dining, shopping and movie theaters. Publix, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods all within minutes, as well as drug stores, hospitals and a variety of shopping centers. The home has been completely renovated with tiles /hard wood throughout, modern bathroom, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including washer dryer and more.

A modern two-story home is presented with a wide wrap-around porch. Stairs lead to the upper level, where large windows allow for abundant natural light. The gravel driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, with greenery and landscaping enhancing the outdoor space.

New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.
