This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Bring your boat because we share our dock and have a place to tie your boat off to make getting on the water very convenient. We have kayaks, paddle boards and are just two houses down. Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a peaceful walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (300mbps).
