It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

The property is located on 20 acres of timber. Deer are regularly seen in the beautiful backyard. There is a grill on the patio that guests may use. It has central heat and air and ceiling fans. It is three miles from Kentucky Lake. There is no WiFi or cable, but we do supply dvds and VHS tapes.

Horseshoe Haven is a peaceful setting to come enjoy the lake for the weekend or for a relaxing week. You can see the lake from the back porch. We share our covered dock and kayaks with our guests two houses down. Spend the day on the water then grill in the evening and watch the sunset. Plenty of wildlife always around and a nice walkable neighborhood. High speed internet (200mbps).

Genesis Grove

Cozy tiny house just 5 mins from Lake Barkley and 16 mins from historic downtown Cadiz. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed, loft full size bed, and comfy couch. Includes full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer. Outside: fire pit, hammock, picnic table, grill, cornhole, and parking for 2 vehicles + boat. Near great dining, including the local favorite, The Fishing Hole.
