Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 people, if 4-5 people are staying, a comfortable 18" raised queen air bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area. Our house is located in Langford, just minutes from downtown Victoria. With a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 2 minutes to Florence Lake, and a 4 minute drive to the shopping centre, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Welcome to Barb's By the Lake. Large, bright self contained one bedroom lower suite. Private patio door entrance. Rustic, quiet location. Across the street from pristine Florence Lake. Two minute drive to Costco. Loads of shopping, restaurants, recreational facilities, walking trails and 5 minutes to the highway so it's quick to head downtown or up island. I put a lot of love into making my suite comfortable and cozy including hand painted furniture and bathroom floor. Really comfy bed too.

The house was amazing my family loved it. There were tv’s in each room,and there was an extra mattress. The neighborhoods were friendly , my kids were playing basketball in front of the house. Definitely recommend!

I loved my 5 night stay in this suite! Amanda’s place is very tastefully decorated. The couch was comfy for lounging and the tv was easy to use. The kitchen was well laid out which I appreciated as I was making my own meals. Super comfy bed and a great closet. Appreciated the ironing board and iron. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure. I had no problem getting parking right across the street. Went walking in the neighbourhood a few evenings and always felt comfortable. Easy access to the highway! The views of the city and surrounding area was stunning! Many thanks for a great stay!
