We rent out our wonderful apartment by Durres boardwalk. The apartment is high located on the 5th floor with fantastic sea view from all windows. Perfect location at a small square where the beach and promenade meet, a few meters to the bath and walking distance to the city center. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and living room with open plan, elevator and high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. One balcony has sun all morning and the second one until sunset.

The apartment is located in a former pine tree forest. Fortunately some of them have survived urbanization, which give life today to the neighborhood.
