Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

The flat is located in the city center of Busseto and has just been completely renovated. It is divided into 2 floors and consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.

Together with the contemporary style, it intersects with the old, in fact you are in a recent building but equipped with antique furniture that we have adapted and restored. My beautiful apartment is located in a building about 1500m from Piazza Garibaldi (the main square of the city) in a very quiet neighborhood. The two large bedrooms can accommodate 4 people in maximum comfort. In the living room, the double sofa bed. The rooms are tastefully furnished with maximum care. The apartment is very bright.
