A well equipped kitchen and a full size dining table. A big Italian shower and a cozy king sized bed. No elevator. The area is so charming, being steps away from Canal St Martin. Design apartment (my home !) recently refurbished located in Goncourt neighbourhood only a few streets away from Canal St-Martin and from Le Marais. You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! Canal Saint-Martin apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Cozy, pleasant, convenient, ideal for having a great experience in Paris. Elevator, bathtub, fireplace in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around, close to the Saint-Martin Canal and not far from République, Le Marais, Belleville. Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.

The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.
