You'll be delighted to discover this groovy neighboorhood and the rest of Paris (easily accessible from here) and then relax on the sofa enjoying a patisserie from one of the boulangeries or bakeries downstairs (Yann Couvreur is just round the corner). *! Located at the boarder of the 10th and the 11th, my apartment is located closed to the Canal Saint -Martin, Place de la République, and Haut Marais. This an atypical flat, full of charm, bright and sunny, perfect place for a couple. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. The bedroom is located on the courtyard (beautiful courtyard with town house), very peaceful and quiet, protected from the Faubourg. 4th floor without elevator.
