Elevator, bathtub, fireplace in a neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around, close to the Saint-Martin Canal and not far from République, Le Marais, Belleville. Metro 2 minutes away (Goncourt line 11). Two bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with an 80 x 200 bed. The bathroom is bright and consists of a bathtub and sink.
