The Amélie Flat—10th Arrondissement Love Nest

Completely re-modelled and renovated by a local interior designer, it embodies the ultimate romantic Parisian flat. Your own separate entrance leads into the lounge and open fully functional kitchen, followed by the bathroom and bedroom. The service door remains closed throughout your entire stay; it’s purpose is to facilitate cleaning the apartment. This is your own apartment in the 10th arrondissement in Paris for your private use, just take the keys and you’re ready! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, cooktop, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Coffee/Tea station is also available while milk and water are in the fridge. Fresh towels are provided as well as basic toiletries, but there is plenty of space for your personal items in the bathroom. Clean linen is supplied for the bed plus there is storage for your clothing in the drawers or wardrobe. Your hosts will arrange a time to meet you for check-in and to show your around the apartment. They live in a separate apartment in the building but are always nearby should you have any questions. Walk to Canal Saint Martin, Le Marais and Père Lachaise. Tucked away from the main tourist routes, there's also plenty to discover locally, including street markets, wine bars, and parks. People watch at Place de la République, about 5 minutes away. ★ We are: - 2 minutes from Canal St Martin and a Paris Vélib bicycle rental stand. - 5 mins from République (West), Belleville (East) and trendy nightlife spot Rue Oberkampf (South). - 10 mins from the historical centre of Paris - Le Marais (Gay Paris) - and Gare de L'Est (Amelie, Hugo). - 15-20 mins (by foot) from Gare du Nord and Eurostar/Thalys International rail connections. For public transport, the nearest stations are: ◦Metro Goncourt (Line 11) - this takes you direct to la Seine and the middle of Paris (Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame). ◦Belleville (Line 2) - goes direct to Pigalle (Moulin Rouge), Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), Sacre Coeur (Montmartre). ◦Gare de L'Est (Lines 4 & 7) - here you will find trains heading towards Opéra, Galéries Lafayette, Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. ◦République (Lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11) - the Metro lines here will take you to Père Lachaise, Bastille and Paris southbank, Madeleine, Place de la Concorde and Trocadero or École Militaire (Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel). Between 26 December and 3 January, the minimum booking period is 5 days. The flat, 50sqm2, has 3 independant rooms : dining kitchen, living room and master room. A full dining kitchen equipped dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, fan, coffee machine, all the cooking utensils, and basic spices you can use. The independant living room has a real bed for 1 person 90X200, The main room has a queen bed for 2 persons and a big desk for work with your laptop.
