We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santos! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt very safe, and the apartment itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made check-in easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santos!

Great location, close to an Oxxo and a bakery; next to the beach. Friendly and receptive porter. The apartment is great, clean, organized and welcoming. Kitchen furnished, with water filter, fridge, microwave, stove. Bathroom with towels and liquid soap. Thiago was a premier host; communicative, polite and flexible about some of my difficulties. I certainly recommend the place; I would return again and again without problems.

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Gustavo from the first contact was extremely cordial and flexible to always give suggestions that would facilitate and meet our schedule and accommodation needs. All questions were clarified quickly and promptly. The house very comfortable and with a lot to offer! For sure we already have a point for the times we go down to the downtown! House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

To begin, I have to say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than can be repaired by photos. The extremely smelling bath towels. The impeccable beds, each with a keep and bedding. In addition to the other things, the loft is to be congratulated. The ap is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The staff of the super gentle condominium as well. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and foot in the sand. We like it a lot and I'm excited to be back soon.

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Since the first contact to answer questions, Ricardo was very receptive and very attentive, the apartment is excellent. And he was very responsive and concerned about our well-being from the entrance to the exit. I recommend with my eyes closed. It is logical that I will come back other times.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
