Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on the sprawling patio. Despite its tranquility, the property is ideally located less than 10 min drive from the city, and some beaches. A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Just 2 mins driving from the Ferry, 10 mins driving from Vigie Airport and 15 mins walking to downtown. The host is very helpful and offer shuttle services to the Ferry and airport for a reasonable cost.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.
