Charming Bajan Chattel house, a short distance to wind & kite surfing spots of Silversands Beach, Long Beach & Surfers Point. Situated close by is a local rum shop, minimart and church. Karaoke is on Thursday nights and church service is on Sunday. It is a short drive to Miami Beach, Freights Bay, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown and the Airport. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This studio apartment has its own tropical garden and is only a few steps away from the original entrance to Freights Bay. Room for surfboards and an outdoor shower to rinse off. This studio is attached to a large permanent residence occupied by myself and my husband but the studio has its own private entrance. Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; #3 is on the ground floor; bedding in the bedroom can be either a king size bed or 2 single beds, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the bedroom has A/C, a safe and en-suite bathroom; the unit has a kitchenette and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
