Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away.

NEW Island Paradise With Private Heated Pool/Dock

What a beauty!!! This house was better than the pictures and the descriptions provided! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of - and we had a blast making some meals and dining by the pool. The pool was gorgeous and warm, with lots of sun through late afternoon. We rented bikes, fished from the dock, and made use of the gym in the garage. Rusty called to welcome us, made some recommendations on places we’d not tried previously, and explained how a few things worked. He stopped by when we had a challenge using the surround sound system. He was a very thoughtful host, and checked in an additional time to make sure all was as expected. We’re already looking forward to returning!! Thanks again for a great week!

Great house with good location and beautiful views. The house is very spacious and 14 people sleep super comfortable. Dan was a great host always available to answer our questions. Our stay at Leo and Ana's house was an extraordinary experience! The house is spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area of Marco Island, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants and shops. The interior is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home. The courtyard with pool is a true private paradise: ideal for having coffee in the morning or enjoying a quiet night under the stars. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we definitely hope to return. Thank you, Leo and Ana, for making our stay unforgettable!
