There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower. Stunning Cornish home by the sea in Crantock

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.
