Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Lovely Studio in Heart of Clovelly Village.

Everyone who stays says how calm and zen the studio is. Guests have total privacy and the layout maximises space, with a lovely corner-aspect kitchen and a spacious living area. The patio doors lead to a lovely garden seating area which is sunny and private. Our studio is a wonderful space. It feels very zen and calm. It's west facing so gets lots of natural light. There are patio doors and a side kitchen door so it's very breezy. We have all the mod cons as well including air conditioning. The studio doors open to a lovely sitting area with comfy chairs. The space is very relaxing. Guests can use the garden and the outside shower. Yes I'm free to answer any questions and provide anything you may need. The studio lies in the heart of Clovelly village, a quick walk from all the cafes and boutique stores on Clovelly Road. Village On Cloey restaurant is recommended for leisurely brunches. The beach is also within easy walking distance. You can either use your car or rental car as parking is free on our street. Otherwise, if you want to use public transport - the 353 bus goes from our street to bondi junction interchange (takes 10mins) where you can get another bus or train to the city. The garden area is shared with our family including two kids but we aren’t around much!

Apartment directly on beach with stunning views

This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). If you have mobility issues or have significant amounts of luggage / strollers please factor this into your decision to book. Well worth the effort if you're up for it. 😊

This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.

The studio is about 4 min drive to both Coogee and Maroubra beach, and only 10 min to UNSW. There is a double bed, desk with shelves and a wardrobe, the beautiful bathroom has rain shower/walk in shower. There is also an out door area with a dining table and bench seating for guests.

In preparation for our visit Carolyn reached out with the instructions on how to access the property. Carolyn was flexible with checkin and talked us through a few things when we arrived. The place itself was perfect for our needs. A cosy and comfortable 2 story little bungalow that was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Carolyn added some lovely welcoming touches with some little chocolates and even a bottle of wine…so rare on Airbnb these days. The bed was comfy and has a wonderful bathroom. There’s a little tea/coffee station too and Carolyn was so kind to provide clean cups each day, but honestly it’s just a short walk to the Main Street for so many food, coffee and drink options. Had a great stay and would highly recommend if you need a base while you explore Coogee day and night. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for an authentic Sydney experience. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach and local cafe. It was nice to have our own outdoor space to enjoy the morning sun and the interior was bright and clean. We appreciated having phone contact with Jon who was very helpful with arrival advice. Overall an excellent choice and a real gem.

Perfect place to stay for 1 night. Local to cafes, Bronte Beach and Queens Park. Warm and cosy with extra blankets for warmth. Beautiful flowers on display for our arrival! My favourite touch! The only thing that disappointed us was that we happened to be staying during a time of lots of construction happening on the main road around the corner, so it wasn’t the peaceful stay we were expecting. Lots of trucks passing by. Other than that, we were very content and would stay again.

Perfect location for beach and coastal walk. The apartment was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. As mentioned before parking is tight in the garage but we often found space on the street and didn't need to use it very much. Balcony is tiny but lovely nonetheless to be able to open the door and step out. Overall a very nice stay.

Loved Kristi’s place. The location was fabulous for walking the seaside track and for accessing lots of great local attractions. It’s a well loved home and the views are terrific. Kristi was very responsive and I appreciated the early check in and late checkout. Kristi was let down by her cleaners who didn’t empty the kitchen bins and that made the kitchen smell. Kristi was very quick to apologise and offer solutions and a late checkout. I thoroughly recommend Kristi’s place. Thanks ☺️
