This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

Our annexe in Goring-by-Sea has its own entrance and has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite shower room and Wifi. The beach is a 5 min walk, close to the popular Sea Lane Cafe. Ideally located for Worthing, the Beach and the South Downs. Free on road parking. Minimum 2 night stay. A studio flat which is just a block up from a quiet pebbled beach and little sailing club. Walk left along the Promenade to Worthing town centre & the Pier, or right to the Sea Lane Cafe on the beach. A five minute walk to local shops and a 10 minute drive to the South Downs. Visit Cissbury Ring or Highdown for amazing views & dog walks. Arundel Castle and town is a 15 minute drive. A quiet and relaxing place to visit.

Tastefully Compact Cabin

This cabin has all you need for a night, a few nights or even longer. Built in a large garden, it is quiet and secluded, not overlooked by the house, and it backs onto a park area. It has a large shower and all the usual facilities allowing for a shared area along with the bed. The double doors look out onto the garden, in summer it has sun most of the day, in winter it is a cosy space to rest and recuperate.
