Characterful wing in stable conversion, with the Dutch garden which was part of the listed house next door. Enjoy a peaceful Sussex getaway for two. We are a 5 minute walk from the beach, and mid way between Brighton and Chichester. The station is a 10 minute walk. Pubs restaurants and shops are a short walk away and the costal bus is on our doorstep. Huge double height lounge and bedroom, lots of space. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. A studio flat which is just a block up from a quiet pebbled beach and little sailing club. Walk left along the Promenade to Worthing town centre & the Pier, or right to the Sea Lane Cafe on the beach. A five minute walk to local shops and a 10 minute drive to the South Downs. Visit Cissbury Ring or Highdown for amazing views & dog walks. Arundel Castle and town is a 15 minute drive. A quiet and relaxing place to visit.

This cabin has all you need for a night, a few nights or even longer. Built in a large garden, it is quiet and secluded, not overlooked by the house, and it backs onto a park area. It has a large shower and all the usual facilities allowing for a shared area along with the bed. The double doors look out onto the garden, in summer it has sun most of the day, in winter it is a cosy space to rest and recuperate.
