The location we offer the guests is a traditional Romanian household, neo-Romanian style, specific to the northern area of Oltenia and built by POTECARI, who once guarded the border with Transylvania, part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Garden studio with gazebo

Rest and recharge in this cosy garden studio, less than 500m away from the Endless Column, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Brâncuși Monumental Ensemble of Târgu-Jiu. The dwelling was built by my grandfather in the 1950s, my father grew up here and so did I. With my father we’ve decided to renovate the old home to bring more comfort while keeping some of the original elements, like the oak wood floorboards.
