For hiking, the accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta Massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. The cyclists and mountain bikers are not neglected with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drau bike path. In winter, you can ski, snowshoe and go on ski tours here.

Lovingly designed old building apartment near the lake

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.
