The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

Really nice place, comfortable furniture. Well appointed kitchen. Loved the pol and the spa!!

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

We had such a wonderful time at Milkwood Barn. The space is beautifully designed, and my kids absolutely loved the treehouse! It was also so convenient being just a short drive from Berry, such a perfect spot for a little getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious with beautiful north-facing light that fills the living area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The high ceilings add to the open feel, and the entire place was nice, tidy, and well maintained. The toilets were clean and cozy, adding to the overall comfort. The garage door was a little noisy and could use some attention, but it was only a small detail that didn’t affect our experience. April, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a bright, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

I cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough. It is enormous, yet so cosy and warm. So many beautiful spaces from the kitchen/ dining room with the cosy fire, the large lounge room with enormous tv, comfy lounge and awesome record collection, to the beautiful sunny, warm sun room which was my favourite space. Was like an art gallery full of paintings. The handwash smelt amazing. They had every gadget - bread maker, coffee machines, soda steam, rice cooker, 2 ovens. All the kitchen draws were labelled with their contents. When I came out of my room during the night I noticed every room had a gorgeous lamp on so I could find my way. There was not a detail that was not thought of. I can’t wait to go back.

Jamie and Ryan are truly the best and most welcoming hosts! They were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. A big thank you to Cordy (hope I got the little one's name correct )as well for bringing us the firewood—we appreciated that thoughtful touch. We loved your property!

We enjoyed our family get together at Amaroo Farm. The location is great (short drive from Canberra and Sydney), and you get the farm peace while only being 10 mins drive from Goulburn for restaurants. House is spacious, modern and well equipped. The kids enjoyed the playground, trampoline and farm animals. Highly recommend.

Danielle‘s “The Retreat” in Goulburn was sensational exceeded our expectations lovely touches in the house. Great entertaining space well equipped fantastic location. We will definitely stay again when next in town.

Great place to stay, tucked away in a quiet laneway. Short walk to city centre along a concrete pathway.

Our stay at Lynwood cottage was nothing short of perfect! The cottage was beautiful as were the surroundings and everything in it! The beds and bedding were so luxurious and comfortable, the cottage was tastefully decorated and I loved the original touches that remain like the door handles. Bought back lovely memories of my grandma's house. Janet had the fire lit and the lights on for our arrival as she knew we would be arriving in the dark which was nice. we also arrived to farm fresh eggs, jam, wine, bread from the local bakery and divine smelling soaps. As everyone else has mentioned the ponies were a total highlight- so cute and friendly, we spent ages standing with them and patting them. Lynwood cottage is still close to amenities with Goulburn a short drive away. The views and serenity were a highlight - I would recommend Janet's place to anyone wanting a getaway - we loved it so much thank you!! ❤️

This house was perfect for 2 families staying for a long weekend. We came into a warm house with the heaters and fire already going for us which was very welcoming on a cold day. The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. The backyard was huge and the kids enjoyed playing outside. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfy and warm. The whole house was spacious for 8 of us and was very charming. Our hosts gave us so many recommendations for the local area which we found very helpful and they were very responsive. Would highly recommend booking here and we would love to come and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Amberlea! The property is absolutely beautiful—just like the photos—and made for the perfect place to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved the fun surprises like the games and the gold, and really appreciated how responsive and lovely Tim and Judy were throughout. Braidwood is a charming town with beautiful specialty stores to browse—if you can tear yourself away from Amberlea, that is!

The Lair is one of the most peaceful, picturesque calming places I've stayed in. You never wanted to leave! The views from every window were spectacular so from sunrise to sunset, everything was amazing. The interior is immaculate, modern and sparkling clean. The bedrooms are beautiful but the master is spectacular! The 2 bathrooms also spotlessly clean Communication with our hosts was responsive and you can tell that they really love the place too. Just a couple of helpful notes. There wasn't any welcome basket so make sure you bring everything bread, milk etc. It's not far to Kangaroo Valley but you really don't want to make the trip just to get a pint of milk! Also we found taking our rubbish with us is a bit of a pain. You have to find somewhere to put it and we felt uncomfortable leaving it where it was suggested. But that's the only thing and in no way a deal beaker. We would love to stay again. :)

The cheese platter on arrival was extremely thoughtful and was the perfect touch after a long drive south. My family had the best time filled with unforgettable memories!

Perfect for a peaceful and cosy weekend or a few days respite from your routine. Great location close to Bowral & surrounds, and the cottage was so welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Everything had been thought of including a fire lit by Kate on arrival and on returning back to the cottage after a day out. Kate had lots of recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. Kate had delicious local bread as well as eggs and cereal available for breakfast. The cottage was spotless; bed linen was of great quality. Kate’s dog Mara the Mareema and her Burmese Astro were adorable. Would absolutely recommend.
