Spacious house in a quiet residential area. Medieval city center 15 min walk away (large market 3 times a week). Train station 20 min walk away (towards Paris, Gare de l'Est in 25 min). JO 2024 canoe-kayak 7 minutes by train. Disney accessible by bus in 15 minutes (stop 500 m away) or by car in 10-15 minutes. Ground floor: kitchen open to living and dining room + 1 bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs: 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms + a 3rd open (partitioned with an awning) on a living room/games room area.

Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.
