This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

Entire house means I do not stay in your half Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours, I may water garden. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used 1st bag of wood free then $10 next. EV charge $10-20
