Accommodation as advertised with a magnificent view and an exceptional terrace. The location is ideal for visiting lowland without taking a long drive. In addition, a beach is accessible at the bottom of the residence and it is perfect for spending a moment after a visit. there are also many restaurant choices not far from the apartment (you can even have pizza delivered). the bungalow is very well equipped , close to the beach and a large area for shopping. the host is very responsive with quick replies. Our stay was very nice, I would recommend it.

The property is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The hostess is very nice and accommodating and always ready to help. The bed is very cozy and the linen smells very clean. I booked the accommodation because of the hot tub, but you shouldn't expect 38 degrees. But it was still very pleasant. The outdoor kitchen is great, you should just be aware that there are many mosquitoes there.

We spent a night at Stevan's in one of his bungalows to end our trip in the best way and we had a great time in this accommodation that he was able to furnish with great taste and in which we feel completely privileged. I totally recommend his accommodation in order to enjoy the calm and be close to the beaches and the center of Saint François.

Francis is efficient, easy communication and is proactive in case of problems (for example, big power outage in this part of the island, he connected his generator for us to have the power). The location is great, in nature, on the heights of Petit Bourg, ideal for not being far from the airport or to access all the roads of the island! We loved getting around , everything is 45 minutes away/1 hour max. Finally, the listing is over-equipped! It has everything. The spa is a real plus every night we relaxed. We live outside, the accommodation lends itself to it while being sheltered from the wind and rain. The owners live above, but you have your privacy and autonomy. House as described, mask, towel, ice tray, A/C, cooler, icebread, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, hanging rack, wires to spread towels, available on site. Hosts are very friendly, attentive and responsive to various requests. They are rich in information to ask if you are considering excursions to the other islands of Guadeloupe (including Marie Galante). Thanks to Délia, Stéphane (Greg enjoyed interacting with you) and not to mention Louis and if you are lucky you can participate in the private sales organized by Délia with local artisans. NB to take into consideration the pool is that of the owners and is shared with the tenants

This is my second stay in this accommodation and I will definitely come back. It's exactly the kind of intimate and fully-equipped place I need for my downtime. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the responsiveness of the host is remarkable. The value for money is good.
