Holiday rentals with a patio in Gràcia

Laia is a good and relaxed hostess, we had enough space in the house and also outside you could make yourself comfortable. The amenities had everything you needed. Since we were there with 3 couples, it was important to us to have about equal bedrooms, and also 2 bathrooms with shower. Due to the construction, a shower was small and narrow , but that's fine too.

We had a wonderful time!!! I traveled with my family of 6. Plenty of room. The washer and dryer was wonderful amenity. My 78 year old In laws loved the place. In the center of gothic district. Shopping and restaurants extremely close. Would Definitely book again.

Good place, just what I needed as I was travelling by myself but also perfect for couples. Quite safe as well. Had everything you would need. Brilliant view. Polanou is probably the best neighbourhood in the city for life, cafes, restaurants and few tourists and prices not over the top, plus you can get anywhere by bus tram or metro in 15 min max.

Stephanie & Alexander were easy to contact throughout and gave clear and easy to follow instructions for check-in. The place was lovely and clean, with a beautiful terrace! They also gave great recommendations, especially for food - would stay here again 😊

Very nice host and apartment , very spacious and well equipped. Modern and very clean. Nice Terrasse area to chill and the 3 bathrooms for sure is perfect for traveling with groups . Very time efficient with that . Hot water is well supplied . Only the building elevator sometimes not working fully but there are 4 to use , which will be not problem at all.

Fantastic stay! Would recommend to all. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The WiFi was great and worked well for ZOOM calls across the world. Would love to return with a bigger group and stay in some of the other options on the property!

The apartment is a short walk to Sagrada de Familia, the Gothic Quarter and Passiage Gràcia. We used bikes a lot during the day, but it felt very safe walking around even late at night. So many good restaurants nearby, even without reservations it was easy to wander around and find a great meal or late night drink. It’s a beautiful neighborhood to explore and feel like a local, without feeling like you’re in the middle of the tourist areas which are very crowded. The third bedroom in the apartment is very small. Fine for a child but traveling with teenagers, my son would have preferred to have had the option of a sofa bed.

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

Xu's house is in a very convenient location with public transport (both subway and bus). There is a well-stocked supermarket and a playground in front. The photos reflect the reality of the house. For Barcelona, it's a good value for the money.

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

Lourdes was the best host. Very communicative and helpful, even drove us to the shops. We loved our stay, very relaxing and restful after a busy five weeks in Morocco, Portugal and Spain.,

I stayed here in a group of 8 friends. We loved our stay. The noise detector for night hours seems reasonable as the home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 60 minute cab ride to downtown during rush hour but only a 20 minute cab ride to downtown during quieter hours. Transit is very easy from this home and takes less than an hour for most locations. The neighbourhood around the Airbnb has a lot of restaurants and the food quality is better than the touristy areas of Barcelona. There is also very nice outdoor spaces in this home. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable :)

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location with a huge patio to enjoy. Central and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. great communication. The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans in the rooms as it could get hot if you don't leave all the bedroom doors open at night. The internet does not work in the back 2 rooms at the front of the house due to distance from the modem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and love what Barcelona had to offer!

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is extremely convenient if you’re using the metro, it’s right next to the station. While there aren’t many tourist attractions within walking distance, the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the TV setup :) we were able to catch a few soccer games, which added a fun touch to our evenings! Communication was excellent; our host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

We stayed for a festival and loved staying at Raul and Marta’s place. Cosy flat with great amenities. Hosts were very responsive and flexible as our flight was slightly delayed. We loved how close it was to the metro and found some lovely bars and food stops nearby. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!

The place was very nice. There was nothing missing and the host was super nice and easy to reach. He had a good answer for every question. In the area, there are shops for daily needs and a stop for the train to Barcelona. Perfect!
