The OTI vacation home is located in the ancient old town of Cres, right next to the historic Moise Palace. The sea is a few minutes' walk from the house as well as the beach. Nearby on the waterfront there are restaurants, cafes and shops. The living room and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and smart TV. The island of Cres is connected by a bridge near Osor to the island of Lošinj and it is possible to visit it by car.

Porozina is a small village of about 80 holiday homes. The village is very peaceful with a beautiful nature. Consequently, after 10pm it is not uncommon to see deer and their calf walking by the fence or even on the street. The virgin beach is a 5min walk away. It is about 100m long and offers both pebble stone and grass areas with plenty of natural shade and a crystal clear sea. Supermarkets, restaurants, clubs... are situated in city of Cres, 25km away. In Porozina there are 3 small bars.
