The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, making every morning and evening unforgettable. A special thanks to Renata, the owner – she was exceptionally kind, helpful, and understanding throughout our stay. She made us feel completely at home and was always available if we needed anything. This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

The house is a dream. Quiet location, and everything very clean. The pool was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay after the wind had blown in some leaves. It's close to the beach, but a car is required. A few more tea towels would be nice, with one a two-week stay quite scarce :-) But a washing machine is available so that wasn't a big problem either. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend it here. It was very nice

Appartment is in accordance with description, clean and well equipped. Located on the top floor of the building provides quiet stay with beautiful seaside view from balcony. Building itself is located on a hill, return from beach therefore ensures a bit of workout :). Free parking next to building is included. Zrinko also kindly proposed earlier check-in when apparentment was ready for us.

We had a wonderful one week stay at Vedran’s apartment. It’s centrally located, next to the beach, just as described. Walkable distance from everything. Apartment was nice and tidy, has all the essential amenities, and was really comfortable for staying with our toddler son. It was super easy to communicate to Vedran, he was always responsive. We are definitely coming back next year. We loved everything.

One word is enough: WOW! An amazing view, the perfect size of the apartment and really the best communication with Tamara (answered in less then one minute, sent a pdf with tips in advance and made it possible to check in earlier). Nothing more to add - only: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN :)
