Holiday rentals with a patio in Grad Hvar

Clean, comfortable, simple apartment with everything you need for a short stay. We found the bed very comfortable and the temperature in the apartment was just right. Easy walk to beaches and Stari Grad town. We'd stay here again if we returned to the area.

Sime and Jelka were very good hosts and very friendly. Communication was fluent. I had a problem with the mattress and Jelka was very open and very quickly conjured up a good solution for me thank you! She goes out of her way to make sure she doesn't miss anything☺️. The location is simply great, a 3-minute walk from the sea, 12 minutes from the center of Hvar. In a secluded location. Parking spot outside the house. 2 huge terrace to linger with beautiful sunsets😍. A shower curtain would be ideal in the bathroom. The apartment is simply furnished with gas stove in the kitchen, which is awesome! Thank you Jelka and can recommend this place with a good feeling! Hvala

The apartament was compact and nice, equipped with everything someone can ask for, Marija and her family are very friendly and respond quickly for questions. Worth it!

Very calm and pleasant stay in a place that felt like home from the moment we walked in. Andreja was very helpful and understanding for letting us check in a bit earlier. The house had everything one might need. On top of that, some little details such as sweets and cold water waiting in the fridge after a long trip made us feel very welcome. We would gladly come back!

This place was perfect. Very clean and updated. Amazing view. We were right next to a set of stairs that lead down to the main port area with bars and restaurants. Would recommend!

Dominika’s place was in a perfect spot! The walk to the downtown by the sea was the best part of the place for us. It was in a calm and quiet area, and the balcony was very nice.

We were visiting family who live in Stari Grad and the flat was very close to the centre of town where they live and easily walkable. The parking spot is convenient if you rent a car. The path to the cross on the hill is about a 5min walk.

We had such an amazing stay here, thank you! The apartment was spotless and really spacious and comfy. The host and family were so friendly and welcoming and were very responsive if we had any questions. It’s a short walk from the beautiful old town and a great supermarket. The pool area is an absolute delight and so well maintained. Would recommend 100%

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

Perfect view and amazing host!

We had an amazing stay with Marin as a host. He kindly came to pick us up at the port and brought us to the apartment. The airbnb had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. In our opinion, it was a luxurious stay and the view and location was truly amazing. Highly recommend this place, would absolutely come back. It was even better than we expected. Super responsive and helpful host in every sense possible! Thank you Marin for the memorable experience!

The apartment is super. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The property is about 2.5 km from the center. Nannette is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The only thing we didn't quite like was that the place is listed as “accommodation for you alone,” although there are two more accommodations on the property.

There’s a lotta stairs to get here but the place is really nice, air conditioned and also has a cool roof

Juraj's place was as described, located very close to city center, well equipped, has nice balcony view and is great value for money. he and his family are very nice people always ready to help around, Juraj was very responsive in communication and very helpful.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

Nice location, briliant balcony

Thank you for the great stay in this beautiful apartment. We came to the island without a car. Imre kindly picked us up from the ferry and brought us back. This was a great help. Directly at the apartment there is everything for everyday needs such as supermarket, restaurants, ice cafes, shops and even an open-air cinema... Wonderful beaches can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot. What to know: Some tourist boats dock between 10 and 11 in the morning. This quickly makes it very crowded in the otherwise very cozy village. In the evening it is also quite noisy due to the restaurants. You can still sleep well when the windows are closed. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We'll be back.

Ante’s place is lovely and has a nice patio with a bit of the view of the sea. It is a little bit of a climb up the stairs, but still very pleasant. Space is good size for two people with a nice above the ground bed. Would very much recommend staying here!!

Great Airbnb and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They came with desert, tea, medicine when I had a cold and were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended!. Airbnb is great with a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the harbor.
