Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Grad Korčula

Modern apartment, perfectly decorated and arranged, spacious, very well equipped (washing machine, dryer, TV, home cinema, air conditioning... ) with a very pleasant covered terrace. The location is excellent for those who want to discover Vela Luka and the surroundings. 2 min walk to 2 supermarkets and the city center, it is located on the second line of the sea front which allows you to be quiet and close to everything. Leo was very welcoming and a very nice person. Always available and responsive by phone or text to our questions. We highly recommend this future super host!

We stayed with our two girls (10 and 16 ) at Marina's place in Vela Luka. It was a wonderful holiday. The house is on the edge of the village, but you can walk to the action in 5 minutes. We enjoyed the garden with pool as a haven of peace, often there was a small surprise from Marina and she was always there, gave ideas and advice for excursions or other beaches. Nice apartment with lovely sea view. Short way down to a local swimming area and road that runs along the sea which is nice for jogging and evening walks. Great with an espresso machine for coffee in the kitchen and a swimming pool and outdoor shower to wash away the salt water. Cozy hosts who help store luggage and provided tips on what to see. There was no change of towels and linens during the stay that lasted 4 days.

Great place to stay in Lumbarda. The apartment and the whole surrounding were spotless. Mrs. Vesna, who welcomed us, impeccably takes care of everything. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was heated and maintained to perfection every day. We will definitely be back!

I can’t recommend Sunshine Apartments enough. Tanya was super helpful, highly responsive and friendly. Vesna was a wonderful host and also all of the above! Everything was exactly as described and it’s hard to encapsulate the beauty and tranquility of the setting in Lumbarda. The pool is wonderful but even better is the easily accessible sea swimming at the end of the road (no more than 5 mins). Great restaurants, amazing beaches (try Vela Przina - about a 5 mins taxi and the wonderful Amore Restaurant). A complete gem of a place. We had the best time!

We had the most wonderful holiday we’ve ever experienced in Croatia at Krešimir’s place. The house and garden were a peaceful oasis that was hard to leave. We stayed there in June, and for most of the time, we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. We also made great use of the pier for jumping into the water and had loads of fun with the paddleboards available at the house. It was so lovely there that we didn’t even feel the need to visit other beaches on the island. Krešimir is an amazing host—when we arrived, he welcomed us with a surprise of homemade products, and during our stay, he also brought us fresh fruits and vegetables grown by his family. He genuinely cared about our needs and was always willing to help. If we get the chance, we’d love to come back. Highly recommended!
