The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. A super nice stay in this house! Katarina is an incredibly hospitable and accommodating person, she will help out with everything you wonder and think about. She came with gifts, gave us tips and went out of her way to make sure we had the best vacation possible. Recommend to anyone who wants a house close to everything (by car) while getting a private super nice house!

The house was great. Spectacular view of the see in front and of tve mountains behind. The children enjoyed the swiming pool. (Accually after one day at the beach, they preffered to stay at the pool). Would highly recommend for a nice and quiet family vacation!

Villa Mendula - Fantastic sea and mountain view

We had great time at Villa Mendula! The house was spacious for our group of 7 persons including kids. We have enjoyed the pool, the magnificent views of the sea and Biokovo mountains. The place is exactly as described in the listing, kitchen is nicely equipped with all utensils you can imagine for cooking and baking, plenty of plates, glasses and silverware - simply you have everything you may ever need… Bedrooms are nice and beds comfy. The house is about 5-7 minutes by car from the beaches, there is plenty of parking space by the beach - we paid about 8 Euro per whole day parking and you can go and return during the day with the same paid parking. There is Konzum supermarket within 2-3 minutes by car from the house. Ilijana was great, she has responded fast to all our questions. I would rate our stay 100%, very happy!

We spent a week in the beautiful, very well-kept house. There's nothing missing. The pool, bathrooms, beds and kitchen can be described as upscale amenities. Great location with a view of the sea. We really enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend the house. The hosts are also very friendly. Thank you.
