The apartment were completed 2022. Apartment is 100m² which includes a luxury bedroom with a 200x200cm boxspring bed and en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and extra toilete. The large covered balcony offers superb views of the harbour and old city also a beautiful jacuzzi 220x220cm, sun lounges and a shower. Covered parking is in front of the building. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.

A super nice stay in this house! Katarina is an incredibly hospitable and accommodating person, she will help out with everything you wonder and think about. She came with gifts, gave us tips and went out of her way to make sure we had the best vacation possible. Recommend to anyone who wants a house close to everything (by car) while getting a private super nice house!

Enjoyed this stay with my family in this great apartment. Wheelchair friendly with an elevator and wide doors. Friendly and solution oriented host that I never met physically but always replied very fast at texts. Very cosy and social apartment, had many nice dinners and breakfast at the balcony. Only thing that could have elevated the experience was for the single air conditioner to not be in the living room only as it got very cold for the one sleeping there as was needed to keep the other bedrooms not too warm. We also had to sleep with open doors to let the air flow between the living room and bedrooms. Apart from that truly a fantastic apartment that I would recommend.

The house was great. Spectacular view of the see in front and of tve mountains behind. The children enjoyed the swiming pool. (Accually after one day at the beach, they preffered to stay at the pool). Would highly recommend for a nice and quiet family vacation!

We were at Marino and Ana's accommodation in Makarska at the beginning of June - and what can I say: an absolute dream. The accommodation is breathtakingly beautiful, modern and stylishly furnished, with a great pool. The view of the sea and the surrounding mountains is spectacular - waking up every morning was a real highlight. Everything was spotless to the last corner - you can see how much value Marino and Ana place on quality and cleanliness. The key handover also went completely smoothly and the communication with the two was perfect at all times – friendly, fast and uncomplicated. The location is fantastically quiet and perfect for relaxing. The path to the beach is more for athletic guests - but by car, scooter or taxi you can be down by the water in a few minutes. For us, it was the perfect combination of views, tranquility and proximity to the center. We would come back at any time and give 5 out of 5 stars in all categories - a clear recommendation.
