Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

A big thank you to Luka who was very helpful and did his best to give us a good stay. I recommend this place to have fun with friends and have a good time.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr sauber und top gelegen. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen von Benjamin zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Alles war super schön! Wir hatten einen ganz tollen, sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Der Empfang und auch der Abschied waren sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man so benötigt. Absolute Privatsphäre mitten in einem Olivenhain und gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die Küste, nach Pula, Rovenji, Medulin usw. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz nah. (Tipp von uns: Steakrestaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 Autominuten). Der beheizte Pool und die schöne überdachte Terrasse waren einfach klasse. Dino kam nach vorheriger Anmeldung zum Poolreinigen vorbei. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, Dino und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!!! Vielen lieben Dank noch mal, lieber Dino - auch an deine Frau, für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt :-)

Ein kleines Juwel an der Küste bei Senj, mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel KrK. Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) in dem super Haus mit den beiden getrennten Einheiten wundervolle warme Herbsttage verbracht, innen und außen alles top! Ivan hat uns an der Küstenstrasse beim Checkin abgeholt, war die gesamte Zeit immer erreichbar & wirklich ein Superhost. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Gemütliches, großzügiges Ferienhaus mitten im Ort. Große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in eurem Haus.

Great stay in Unjie: an amasing clean flat, with all you might need in a wonderful little village. The host (the real one, Ana) is extremely kind, she allowed us to leave the car at her place (on Unjie no cars are allowed) and also the person who welcomed us on the island was really nice and helpful. Thanks! Besides this pleasing experience, unfortunately the rent goes through an external agency called "Novasol" which is in between you and the real host, and this has been a disappointing experience. They are not responsive, we mostly receive automatic messages and to contact a real someone we had to ask for help from AirB&B's customer service. This has nothing to do with the host, but every time we have dealt with Novasol we have had problems.

All in all it was a great holiday. There are steps all over town, except on the "boardwalk" or riva, but that's normal for an island in Croatia. Mariana's little house is cute, it's got everything you need. Not accessible directly with car, it's a bit of a walk from the parking, so pack light. There's a laundromat not so far away, so there's really no need for a large suitcase 😉

Giulia è stata una host eccezionale. Ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo con molte informazioni utili per godersi appieno la vacanza. La posizione della casa è notevole: una baia incantata con un mare favoloso attaccata a casa. Nota positiva la vicinanza di un bar e di un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene ed il personale è molto gentile e cortese. Giulia e suo marito sono stati nel complesso degli ospiti perfetti. Una casa piena di storia. Travi di legno e mura di pietra. Tante stanze arredate con gusto. Una cucina spaziosa anche se un po’ buia ma con la possibilità di mangiare nel piccolo spazio all’esterno della casa. Consiglio questa location per chiunque cerchi una sistemazione caratteristica nel piccolo paesino dell’isola.

Wir hatten zu siebt eine wundervoll abgeschiedene Woche in Igors Haus...der Weg mit dem Jeep ist ein Abenteuer...die Bucht ein Traum..ebenso die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse..in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt wir hatten immer warmes Solarwasser. Eine unvergessliche Woche!

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Veli Losinj in the Kunsil studio. Anna is an extremely friendly and warm host. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped. Anna gave us valuable tips for things to do. We were able to explore the charm of this island with its small bays, crystal clear water and well-marked hiking trails along the sea and over the mountains and hills. We would love to come back!

Daniela ist eine wunderbar herzliche Gastgeberin. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit netten Erfrischungen und Aufmerksamkeiten begrüsst. An Ausstattung war alles nötige und mehr als in der Beschreibung vorhanden. zu erwähnen insbesondere die Insektengitter und Waschmaschine, welche super hilfreich waren. Umgebung und Aussicht wunderschön. Das die Wohnung etwas abseits gelegen ist kann man als positiv oder negativ sehen. Die Strände und Buchten sind somit nur mit Auto oder längerem Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Die Wege sind steil, waren mit ebike aber zu bewältigen. Der Weg lohnt sich aber, traumhafte türkise Buchten und nicht überfüllt. Wir können Daniela unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Für Ruhe-Suchende eine perfekte Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Danke für alles Daniela!

There isn't much to say. Everything was just perfect. We had a wonderful vacation. Micol, the hostess, arranged the accommodation with great attention to detail, and we were warmly welcomed. We will definitely come back.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler sind genau das, was wir für unseren Komfort im Urlaub brauchen. Wir haben uns auch über den neuen Elektroherd gefreut. Die Klimaanlage in den drei großen Zimmern war super, nur die Küche hat sie nicht, aber die ist im unteren Teil des Hauses und war dort angenehm kühl. Das Haus und auch der große Garten war nur für uns zugänglich. Zum Hafen oder zum Einkaufen sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Zu den Stränden sind wir lieber mit dem Auto gefahren. Als wir zurückkamen, fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz in einer nahegelegenen Straße. Wir waren zufrieden.

The apartment is really spacious and very nicely decorated. We slept very well on the comfy mattresses and we found everything we could need to make our stay easy. The upstairs terrace has a lovely view and the location was just fabulous - a stone's throw from the harbour, bars and restaurants but also very close to the Lidl supermarket where you can park your car in the allotted space. We had a wonderful stay in Mali and will definitely try to stay here again next time.

Super maison avec terrasse sur le jardin Très bien située, au calme et proche de tout à pied, le centre, le port, la mer. Parfait pour profitez de cette île magnifique. Accueil très chaleureux par Jasna et sa famille. Merci!!

Smještaj u kući koja je praktički dostupna autom, tj. nekih 30 metara od ulaza, što olakšava prijenos stvari. Osiguran parking cca 3 minute pješice od kuće. Kuća je prostrana, na 4 kata. Na tri etaže su terasa i kupaonica (ukupno 3 terase i 3 kupaonice). Veliko dvorište u kojem je roštilj. Uređenje nije najmodernije, što nije minus, već ima detalja koji daju šarm i pripadaju u stariju kamenu otočnu kuću. U kući je sva potrebna oprema za ugodan boravak, mašina za suđe, za rublje, dovoljno posuđa. Svakako preporuka.

Gorgeous views of the harbor and town of Unije- host met us at the boat and walked us up to the house. The store is right around the corner, and the bakery just off the hill. Unije is a remote island with an incredible amount of history- make sure to stop in at the museum in the old olive mill as you’re coming off the dock- if Sonja is there, she knows an incredible amount about the island’s history, and is one of only a few speakers of the Unijske dialect. Sadly, many of the island’s ancient walls which have stood since before the Romans are being dismantled by tourists to use as building material for their vacation rentals.
