Holiday rentals with a pool in Grad Mali Lošinj

Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Ein fantastischer Wochenendurlaub mit 10 Leuten! Stadtzentrum fußläufig erreichbar, Supermarkt 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Gastgeber war super nett und freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andreja und Dalibor ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und der selbstständige Check-In liefen reibungslos! Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte uns an nichts. Neben der wunderschönen Bucht (fussläufig) und dem tollen Küstenspaziergang nach Ravni haben wir aufgrund des Wetters besonders die sehr gemütliche Couch genossen. Andreja erkundigte sich zudem nach unserem Wohlergehen und war jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben. Tolle Gastgeber!! Danke sehr!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Zelden zo'n gastvrije host meegemaakt. De woning was perfect, modern, superschoon. Helaas gingen de schaduwdoeken stuk na hevige regenval. Valentina haar vader kwam deze weghalen en nodigde ons direct uit om van zijn zelfgemaakte likeur te proeven, fantastisch. Op de dag van vertrek kwam ook Valentina haar moeder mee. Ook toen samen met vaders een proost op de mooie tijd in Banjole gedaan. En de taxi chauffeur maar wachten, maar ook hierin zijn deze inwoners van Kroatië meedenkend. De chauffeur wacht gewoon even. Op de dag van. vertrek mochten we langer blijven omdat onze vlucht s'avonds ging. Dit was ook weer een grote plus! Alle vragen die we tijdens ons 2 wekelijks verblijf hadden, werden snel en prettig beantwoord door Valentina. Ik zou iedereen dit prachtige huis aanraden. We hadden 1 week fietsen gehuurd. 2 Dagen een auto. Verder in de buurt gewandeld en de strandjes (kiezel) bezocht. Conclusie: Een geweldige vakantie met onze vrienden gehad. Bedankt Valentina en ouders 🤩

Alles war super schön! Wir hatten einen ganz tollen, sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Der Empfang und auch der Abschied waren sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man so benötigt. Absolute Privatsphäre mitten in einem Olivenhain und gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die Küste, nach Pula, Rovenji, Medulin usw. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz nah. (Tipp von uns: Steakrestaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 Autominuten). Der beheizte Pool und die schöne überdachte Terrasse waren einfach klasse. Dino kam nach vorheriger Anmeldung zum Poolreinigen vorbei. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, Dino und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!!! Vielen lieben Dank noch mal, lieber Dino - auch an deine Frau, für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt :-)

Ein tolles Apartmentmit ausreichend viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang. Wir kommen wieder!

We were very happy with our stay with Sonja. She met us at arrival, was easy to reach if/when needed and was overall super friendly and welcoming. We loved the house that was situated in a calm residential area but still close to central Pula, many beaches, activities and lots of shops. The flat was spacious, had all the amenities we needed and having our own pool was wonderful! We had an amazing week and would love to come back.

Appartamento situato in posizione strategica. Ottima la piscina sempre pulita. Francois e Monika ottimi host pronti a dare tutte le informazioni e consigli. Piccola pecca ma non grave pulizia non ottimale ma nel complesso ci sta. Consigliato alla grande.

Tolle Unterkunft in einem Haus mit insgesamt 4 Apartments und Pool auf der Dach Terrasse. Küche & Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche, Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber, neuwertig und passend. Der Balkon im Sonnenuntergang ist toll 5min zum Supermarkt, 10-15min zu Hafen, Restaurants & Strand Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - vielen Dank! :)

Unser Aufenthalt in Pula war einfach fantastisch. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, mit einem bequemen Bett und einem modernen Badezimmer. Die Lage ist ideal: In einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Stadtzentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pula. Wir konnten viele Attraktionen bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

Wir haben die Herbstferien dort verbracht. Da die Saison schon vorbei war war es sehr ruhig und friedlich. Vieles hatte schon geschlossen. Kata hatte uns aber vorgewarnt, dass wir sozusagen eine Woche zu spät kommen. Dennoch war es sehr schön dort. Gekocht haben wir selbst, was in der gut ausgestatteten Küche kein Problem war. Für uns 5, zwei Erwachsene mit drei Kindern (9,9,12), hat der Platz gut gereicht obwohl wir wegen dem nicht immer guten Wetter auch recht viel Zeit drin verbringen und oft auch drinnen essen mussten. Der Strand ist auch im Herbst sehr schön und perfekt mit Kindern. Wir konnten auch noch gut baden wenn sich die Sonne gezeigt hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We have just returned from the best holiday. (Me with my 9 and 11 year old boys). Lilli’s apartment is exactly what we were looking for. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We walked into town most days to explore the beautiful history of Pula and get our daily gelato! But most importantly Lilli and her family made us feel so at ease. Beforehand with swift response to enquiries; when we were arriving, with the way we were greeted; and throughout our stay, Lilli made us amazing cakes and offered me coffees. It was such an incredibly special touch. The best Airbnb host I have ever had! We spent so much time in the pool and set ourselves up in the well equipped outdoor kitchen. On our last night we were coming home late from a dolphin sunset tour and Lilli left the pool open with lights on for my boys to have a special moonlit dip! This was my first overseas holiday as a single mum and any anxiety I had about it disappeared as soon as we arrived!

Alles hat super gepasst! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Lage ist top, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab technische Schwierigkeiten, die versucht wurden zu lösen. Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Eigentümer. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in mid August. The view is just stunning and beautiful sunsets to enjoy on the outside patio and pool. The villa is spotless and clean. All the amenities we required to cook at hom including a great BBQ area. The weather was very hot and unfortunately there is only AC in the lounge and one in the landing upstairs. The bedrooms were therefore very hot and sleeping was difficult. We bought two little fans But didn’t help much.

Wir waren dort als 2 Familien mit je 1 Kind (2 J) Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto alles fahrbar. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub!

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll! Man ist natürlich auf ein Auto angewiesen, um problemlos von A nach B zu kommen. Unser Highlight war der Jacuzzi - bei unserer Ankunft leider noch sehr kalt, weil er frisch eingelassen wurde. Man kann ihn aber eigenständig, elektronisch heizen. Das hat am ersten Tag natürlich viel Strom verlangt, wodurch einige Male die Sicherung gefallen ist. Ab dem 2. Tag war aber alles perfekt & wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
