The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a generous and relaxing space for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. There is 25 m² swimming pool to enjoy the Croatian sunshine to the fullest.  This charming apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski, across from the island of Krk. With its prime location, stunning sea views, and excellent amenities, this apartment provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday on the Croatian coast. Although the owners live in the same building, they are rarely present, allowing you to fully enjoy your privacy. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Dear guests, welcome to Klenovica! Thanks to the idyllic tranquility and crystal clear waters Klenovica is a real pearl. Our apartments are located 50 m from the sea near the pine forest. Numerous restaurants offer special culinary delights for tourists. Surroundings without industrial pollution and mountain air from the high forests of the hinterland, decorated bike and hiking trails, lookout points and walks, all this gives an ecological advantage to stay in our place.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
