Beachfront holiday rental in Grad Rab

It was perfect accommodation with stunning view from balcony. Ivan is great host. I really recommend it.

We had a fantastic time, we were so welcomed when we arrived! The apartment is super clean and lacks nothing. Fantastic sweet host, also helped us out when we had problems with the boat. Really great! the location is top! nice restaurants are within walking distance. In short we have enjoyed and thank you for your hospitality!!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Nina’s apartment. We did not have a car so Nina arranged to pick us up from the ferry port. The apartment is located a short walk from Rab Town. There’s a supermarket and bakery nearby. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There is a shared washing machine and dryer. The outside space was great, with a large balcony, on the first floor with maybe one of the best views looking over to the old town. Nina kindly left us some fresh fruit and water in the fridge when we arrived and on our last day gave us some local Rab cake, both were very thoughtful touches - thank you. We would definitely stay at Nina’s again and highly recommend it.

As others have already written, the path from the parking lot to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. You don't need a minute and you can go swimming at one of the many places in the sea. Below the house, a path runs directly along the sea. If you go to the right, you will reach Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will reach a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window, as the reception is poor in the room.

Our stay at this property was perfect. The apartment is modern, clean and located just minutes away from beautiful beaches. The host was very friendly and gave us great tips. We particularly enjoyed the sea view from the balcony and the quiet location. The proximity to the harbor and center was ideal. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing holiday in Rab!

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with children and pets: very clean and convenient access (ground floor) and had everything you need for your stay. There is also free parking nearby. The area lends itself to long walks or jogging (very nice along the sea) and you can find supermarkets, restaurants and sports activities on the water, as well as the pool to which you have access (great for relaxation). The island's most beautiful beaches can also be reached in a few minutes by car. Marijo was always available, a great host! Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely week and enjoyed using the swimming pool area and enclosed barbecue area (which had a great view of the sea). Apartment was very spacious and homely with all the necessary amenities. We would be happy to return and to recommend to others.

Quiet and clean place for the holiday with private parking. The apartment is big enough with separated baths for every room, the kitchen is well equipped. The old town is in walking distance, close to the premises are restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the stay very well, Miljenko is very helpful and he gave as recommendations to arrange our stay in Rab as great as possible. For our next Rab visit we will definitely choose the same accommodation.

The place is nice and what you see in the photos. David is communicative, kind. I missed a speciel because there was only a weak stove.

We had very nice days for four in the accommodation. The pool and the beautiful sea right in front of the door was perfect for our little children. You have everything you need in the immediate vicinity, easy to reach on foot. The accommodation was clean and cozy. The communication was absolutely great. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot!

I had a wonderful stay at Klaus’s place! He was very friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I would definitely come back again!🙂

Great apartment in a perfect position (20 min walking time to Rab center) next to the seaside. Beautiful garden with all the typical mediterranean flavours. Stunning view. The house is comfortable and, if you want, there is a place to have dinner and lunch in the garden. Miro and his mum are special and always ready to help. Super recommended!

Dubravko, who speaks perfectly French, welcomed us warmly in person. Her place, perfect for our family of 5, is conveniently located just a short walk from the tourist center of Rab. The accommodation, very well equipped (dishes and kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning...), in a very quiet area has a reserved parking space. In one word, everything was absolutely perfect!!!!

The place is very nice. Ervina was always easily accessible and very helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier and also at check-out Ervina was very flexible. The accommodation is quiet, but still the old town of Rab is within walking distance. A supermarket is right around the corner, as is a hospital. The bed was very comfortable too. It's also great that the bathrooms are right on the bedrooms. Absolutely recommended!

Great area, a few meters' walk from the beaches of Barbart. Easy to get around even by car for the main points of interest and beaches. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Dalija was super helpful and kind. Definitely to be recommended ☺️

She responded quckly when we needed. The place is like it shoud be. The location pin leads you right in front of the apartment. (Which is not a default feuture for lots of other accomondations. :( ) Walking distance from the beach, and from the morning shopping for brekfast. What else to say?

Hrvoje's place is fantastic - a beautiful old apartment right in the old town. It was clean and comfortable, with everything you need.

Superb location 3 steps from the sea, in a quiet and green setting. Marin and his family are very available and responsive. A real pleasure!
