Apartment Medved is newly renovated, located in a family house in a quiet part of the town of Slunj, in the village of Cvitović. It is surrounded by greenery, which makes it an ideal place to rest in nature. Along the apartment there is a long gravel road to the forest that offers pleasant walks in nature. It is about 5 km away from the water mill village of Rastoke, the city's bathing area on the Korana River and the very center of the city of Slunj and about 35 km from Plitvice Lakes, so it is ideal for a vacation and a break from excursions.

The Green Oasis facility is located in the small town of Furjan, near Slunj. The town of Slunj, which offers the well-known Rastoke, is only 10 km from the property, and Plitvice Lakes are 20 km from the property.
