The area was probably inhabited even in prehistoric times, while archaeological fragments from the early Croatian period were also found in Grab. Spacious furnished sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, private seasonal outdoor swimming pool, children's play ground and play equipment, BBQ facilities as well as outdoor dining and sitting area area are at your disposal, which makes it a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation. Kindly note: The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open form 1.6 - 15. 9.. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
