Beachfront holiday rental in Gradac

We had a fantastic stay at Dana's apartment! It was perfect - beautiful views, comfortable, stylish, and we felt right at home. Only steps from the beach, a giant bowl of fruit to welcome us, extremely comfortable beds, great little balcony as well as a terrace for sunning with an equally wonderful view. There are even loungers you can take to the beach if you want. I did not want to leave! Dana and her daughter were wonderful and they were very flexible on check-out, which we very much appreciated. I can't wait to go back. Would definitely stay again - well worth the price.

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog escaped out the door without us having seen it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and onto the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to lead, and fortunately she discovered where it was, so I could get up and save it down :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

WoW! Rarely have I seen such a beautiful place, both inside and outside. Usually, photos are better than reality for meany reasons. At Kristina’s place, reality is more beautiful than pictures. Very quiet, lots of birds, beautiful surroundings. Nice places outside to sit and eat, covered and open. Small kitchen, but this is expected in on an island. Google maps does not show the 15 shortcut walk to old town. Kristina is so kind and helpful that se might become a coach for others. Kind attentions and very responsive.

The other reviews are totally accurate. Marinas place was magical. It was the best trip we’ve ever been on and it was the first with our 18 mo daughter. Marina gave us her milk for our baby! Marina was extremely friendly, funny, and had perfect communication. She did our laundry for us too!! (She even removed a tough stain from our baby’s shirt!!). We could not have asked for a better vacation or a better host.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Balcony with a view of the sea and sun ☀️ all day long. The apartment has everything you need to live. We had better internet than at home. Fabulous beach house vibe. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach - beautiful sunlit mornings, spectacular sunsets and easy to swim (even if the water was a little chilly!). Short easy walk into the chilled out village of Drasnice with relaxing seafront cafes. Excellent location on the Makarska Riviera with easy access (by car) to amazing beaches like Punta Rata at Brela. If you fancy a bit of adventure, it's also convenient for the Bikovo National Park with its dramatic Skywalk. Emi was a very kind host, giving us homemade bread and cookies and even a souvenir gift at the end of our stay. Her son Rato was also very helpful and quickly responded to our request for more towels. The house is a cosy beach cottage, quite rustic but very cute. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven so it challenged our cooking skills a bIt but we got on fine and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and great shower.

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

This is a beautiful villa for a stay in Vela Luka! The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking! Aldo and Aleksandra are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Having three private en suite bedrooms was wonderful and we appreciated being able to each regulate the temperature in our rooms. We also loved having the ability to do laundry. For older travelers or those with difficulty walking, I recommend walking sticks for going up and down the driveway as it is quite steep. My mom was able to manage it with her hiking sticks. Again, gorgeous house, gorgeous location, gorgeous view!

Superb apartment with beautiful terrace and direct sea view! The apartment is 100% equipped. Large pool with sun loungers available. Parking space provided. 50 meters to the beach, at the end of September the beach was practically just for us. A very small town with two restaurants. If you want to take a break from the crowds, the noise, and the city, this is the perfect place for you!

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

Amazing, spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and close to all the local amenities. Super restaurants within walking distance and good recommendations from the host who were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

The apartment house is special, great location, architecturally really well done. Compliment, therefore also the price-performance level!!!! very classy!!! I was on the island almost 40 years ago, back then only camping. This time we only ate once!!!! There were reasons for that. Unfortunately! That doesn't apply to Nicola and his team. But the people in public. In the supermarket, at the gas station, at the kiosk, especially in the restaurants (everywhere in Croatia) the employees or the staff talked more with colleagues than with us. A subtle condescending ignorance towards us, or the customers. Mega bad mood and seemed very dissatisfied. I wasn't greeted anywhere. No friendly hello, no bye, nothing! WHAT A PITY!!! Not to mention the value for money in the restaurant. Therefore! Rent a house at Nicola's, quickly shop a lot and enjoy the apartment, nature and sea. Best regards, Johannes

Everything about the house was great. However all local restaurants and bars that were walkable were shut until next year which we didn't expect. Also although their websites say the are open many supermarkets were shut on the Sunday - had we known in advance we would have bought more on the Saturday. These things aside - the house was lovely, clean and everything we wanted.

This was our third time in Korcula island and I can say it was the one we enjoyed the most. Great house, well-equipped, beautiful view. The hosts are very kind and extremely helpful, they do all they can to make you have a great time. ☺️

Enjoyed our stay here! We came to relax and all we did was relax. The Tiny house was complete and all of the instructions were clear. A small beach is nearby but the beachhouse/café was closed (our stay was end of May) Nikolina is a kind host and very interested. We would recommend a stay here! One note: the freezer made a lot of noise and we did not use it, so we disconnected it during our stay. Thank you, Nikolina 🫶🏼 you have shared a ‘piece of paradise’ with us!

We had a wonderful stay in Makarska! The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed: a hairdryer, hair straightener, washing machine and dishwasher pods, coffee pods, bin bags, cleaning sprays, and a drying rack. All the appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc.) were high-quality and worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the couch was super cozy. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. A couple of minor improvements could be made. The Wi-Fi, at 10mbps, was a bit slow for anything beyond streaming Netflix, and a frying pan would have been a great addition to the kitchen. Also, a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so the last 100m could be challenging for those with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

We loved the place! It was spotless and everything was in really good condition. Close to the beach, supermarket and winery. The kitchen was really well equipped and we were welcomed with a platter of meats and cheese and the fridge stocked with water milk etc, which made us feel at home right away. Would highly recommend, and it was great value. We would definitely stay again☺️

Perfect view and perfect location. Especially if you’re coming from Hvar on the ferry. It’s just around the corner from the port. The host was amazing and upgraded our room for free.

We have been using AirBnB all over the world for many years and this is easily the most beautiful, well appointed, modern place we have ever stayed! Views are spectacular and indoor and outdoor spaces are roomy and neat. Kitchen had everything you would need. Make sure owner tells you how to turn on the hot water as this seems to be an energy efficient place. I would suggest she make a 3-ring binder for guests that explains home details and may suggest local restaurants, grocery location, best ATMs, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, neat place! Barbara gave us a warm welcome and recommendations. We had a good spot to park our car and the view from the sppartement was also very nice. Lumbarda is great for families with kids

Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Josip and his dad were great hosts. Josip answered very quickly to every question we had and his dad was there and took care of us, Josip's dad was very helpful even took us to the bus stop when we were leaving. There was a lot of fruit, wine and beer as a welcome. During our stay we got a treat from the hosts, delicious cakes with ice cream and homemade alcohol. Great hosts. The place itself is beautiful, wonderful balcony with an amazing view almost immediately at the promenade and beach, maybe 1 minute walk to the water. In the apartment everything you need. I can recommend this apartment to everyone.
