Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grafton County

Was within driving distance of many walking/hiking trails. Very accessible with many amenities, and close to restaurants. Condo was spacious with a spectacular view of the river and loon mountain.

Amelia was very attentive, friendly and polite. The please was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Very convenient location for skiing.

Great location. Near restaurants and hiking trails. The place is clean. The host is very responsive and provided nice recommendations. The pool and gym room are a nice bonus. Only thing to note is that it's a bit of a walk from the parking. No issue for our group at all but something to consider if you have a mobility issue.

Beautiful unit, recently updated. Kitchen had all items needed to cook and eat in. Great addition of coffee pods for consumption and games to play or books to read. Walking distance to the community center which was a huge plus, as other units are much further and you need to drive. Quick response to any questions.

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

This stay was amazing! The place itself is beautiful, insanely clean and we'll kept! The area is stunning and the view from the deck is just beautiful! Maura was responsive when we had a couple of questions and the photos do not do her place justice - it's absolutely perfect! My family and I had the best time and the pool and hot tub were bonuses for the kids! A great night away, we couldn't have been happier💜 Thank you Maura!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Alan’s place was perfect for our two families! The condo pool and arcade were a big hit with the kiddos, and we wish we had more time to check out the racquetball courts in the building! Perfect spot for a multi-family getaway to Lincoln.

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

We had such a great time on our trip to Lincoln! The location was perfect and the added bonus of a shuttle to/from loon was wonderful. Francine and Jon were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Great stay here with our friends for a couple of days! The condo was spotless and the beds were comfy. Eric is a great host and would recommend anyone to stay here

I have to start off by saying that I was quite impressed by how clean this condo was. It was so inviting with a light smell of cinnamon in the air. I felt like I was at home only better than my actual home. The coziest blankets comfortable bed… an extra place to sleep right under the TV was a great comfortable spot. The appliances and furniture are high-quality and it has everything you could need. We really loved how private it was, and how serene it was to have the view of the mountains and being able to hear the rushing waters with the windows open. Beautiful spacious porch. It was a lovely experience, having coffee out there and enjoying the sites and sounds. The rest of the lodge was very clean and a pleasure to be in also. We enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub and we will most definitely be coming here again. One night was not enough for us. I just want to thank Jess and Ashley for having such a lovely place that they are sharing with people who will appreciate it.

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids had a blast running around and playing, theres a nice grassy area in the back to play too. Alot to do in the area and the community center was beyond our expectations. They have four pools and 3 hot tubs, good food and pizza at the resteraunt, good drinks for the adults, we loved it!

Great Place to stay if your looking to go skiing at loon. Easy access to the mountain the Bus comes right to the house. The place was clean and had plenty of beds for a big group.

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at this ski house! The condo was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of room for our two families to relax and enjoy our time together. The layout was perfect, with comfortable bedrooms and a great common area for gathering after a day on the slopes. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the mountain, which made getting to and from skiing a breeze. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect spot for a memorable family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for three couples and there were more beds we didn't even us. Tracy was very communicative and check in and out were very easy. Thank you, Tracy!

Loved our stay! It was in a beautiful location and had easy access to mountain activities and the recreation center. It was great for two families vacationing together - there was lots of space and seating and fun games for everyone. Would definitely go back!

Stylishly decorated, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood near so many different attractions! House was also very kid friendly with toys and baby gates

First time at an air b n b and it was a great experience! The rec center is a huge bonus!
