Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Great Place to stay if your looking to go skiing at loon. Easy access to the mountain the Bus comes right to the house. The place was clean and had plenty of beds for a big group.

This was a great space for our family of four. It was comfortable and private, and we still had access to conveniences like groceries nearby. We enjoyed our visit and would come again.

This home was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and located in a great area. I hope to return.

great place to relax after skiing all day

Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Mile was a great and communicative host. The house is in an awesome location, the sounds of the Pemi river were very relaxing on the back deck. It slept my group of 8 comfortably with room to spare

The estate was absolutely beautiful and spacious and was very peaceful. We arrived and were able to access the property with ease using a smart key. It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures provided. There were lots of games, pool table, air hockey and multiple trails to walk on. It also included a wonderful hot tub that had great jets to soothe and massage your body and help with aches & pains! It was well maintained and very clean. We had a wonderful 3 day visit and felt very refreshed afterwards. Derek was extremely responsive and an excellent host. We hope to visit again in the near future! J Combs

Nothing but great things to say about this red cabin! The cabin itself is incredibly maintained and is perfect a trip to New Hampshire. It is close to the popular state park and very close to towns in the area (we loved downtown Woodstock!). Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The space was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the historic aspect of the location being a school previously and having photographs and information in the space to highlight that, as well as the original chalkboards! Matt was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip and we would absolutely want to stay again.

We so enjoyed the privacy and solitude. Coming from a large city, there is constant noise.

It was our best “Vacation Dating” stay. From the moment we stepped inside, Jessica’s thoughtfulness for her guests showed throughout this Tiny Home. She smartly provided every amenity imaginable…some unimaginable, unique, and thoughtful…to make one’s stay very comfortable. Then there was the hot tub. I never imagined enjoying one in a snow fall like we did our first morning there. Do make reservations to stay and enjoy the experience. Let it be your best “Vacation Dating” stay, too.

We had a great time at Crystal’s home! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a beautiful maintained yard. We will definitely be coming back!

The house is a top-quality airbnb. The most EV-friendly ( charge quickly) and dog-friendly ( a dog crate is really helpful) airbnb place we have stayed. It’s very clean and well-maintained. The host is very nice. It’s a bit hot during the summer, staying on the 1st floor is a good idea.

The space was just what we needed to achieve our goal of summiting mt Washington! The space fit our needs perfectly with gorgeous views of mirror lake and sunsets! We even got a few rounds of corn hole in as well. Caroline provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. Check in and check out was super smooth, instructions clear and Caroline was super responsive! Great start to our summer. Thank you!

This is our extended family's third visit to Windy Peaks, so that speaks to how much we enjoy the place. It is a very comfortable house in a beautiful setting that easily accommodates our family of 7 adults and 4 kids. Depending on the weather, we've enjoyed playing pickleball, ping pong, pool and board games; the very nice playground; sledding; fire pit; and skiing at nearby Ragged Mountain. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic. (It is on a mountain top so can get windy, though, thus "Windy Peaks".)

Great house and location that was peaceful and private and had great views! It was a beautiful fun house with unique features appropriate for several guests. Loved the fire pit especially, which was easy to use since the house was well stocked with wood. The house had all the amenities especially for the kitchen, which made cooking and preparing meals super enjoyable and easy. Updated and new kitchen appliances and bathrooms that were super clean and nice. Kristen was extremely responsive and helpful and super gracious in her hosting. Appreciated the flexible check in along with her periodic check ins to make sure we didn’t have any problems or questions. Overall, very impressed with the house and host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back sometime!

We had a wonderful stay! We would absolutely recommend staying here. The house worked well for myself, husband and 4 year old son. There were even a few toys he was able to play with, in addition to a large lawn and a stream near by! There are also very thoughtful touches with amenities to make traveling and staying somewhere more convenient and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Haverhill. Upon our arrival, there was a minor incident, but the host was very responsive and resolved it right away. The neighborhood is quiet, and the home is clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. If we get a chance we will come back again.

The cabin was a great find. It was the perfect amount of space for a girls weekend snowed in. The indoor fireplace created a great ambiance. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Angelica's house was the perfect place to stay - extremely clean, beautiful views, great amenities, we were very comfortable there. Also very family friendly - our 3 children (8, 6, and 4 years) loved the spacious kids play area with toys and books. It was also very easy to communicate with Angelica and she responded quickly to my questions. Angelica's home is a gem, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime!
